I have cystic acne and for years I’ve heard people talk about how good black soap works for the face and body. I finally decided to try it but not before I did my research and read all the reviews. I saw nothing but 5 stars and saw how everyone raved about it so I thought to myself ok this is going to finally work for my skin. Well it’s been a week since I’ve been using the soap and it seems as if my face broke out even more!! It’s so embarrassing to be 30 years old and to still have acne ugh. I can’t even wear my makeup the way I want because all I see arw tiny bumps everywhere. All this means to me that you can’t always base your decisions off of reviews, sometimes you have to try for yourself because not every product is going to work for you.

The best soap I ever used. Period.Pretty pricey but its just as or even more effective than using salt scrubs, mask, and face washes that are similar in price. They recommended leaving on your face for one minute for the healing properties to kick in. I felt a strong tingling sensation; it felt amazing! Maybe a little to strong for people who have sensitive skin but I don't so it was perfect. My face felt a little dry but soooo fresh afterwards. I had a little discoloration from acne on the top of my forehead and I this helped get rid of it.Moral of story: I love it and ill buy it again!

I use all kinds of facial products and this is the first time using this kind “charcoal” but people swear by it so o tried it. So far I like it, it leaves a fresh and clean feel to the skin, I think this is a new thing for me.

Leaves my face feeling a bit dry/tight, but it is an acne fighting soap. I think it will work better for me in the summer when I am more oily. Lathers well with a konjac sponge. Has a slight smell, nothing too overwhelming

Awesome!!! My daughter, teenager has had perfect skin till hitting her teens. This soap has improved her complexion in clearing the bumps and preventing new pimples from appearing!Also my Dad has psoriasis. I bought this for his inflamed areas. I am happy to say it has reduced the inflammation along with the medicine he is taking.This soap is worth buying! I keep it on hand always!!

I love this soap, it has a very clean scent and leaves my face feeling very soft. I also noticed that my acne started to dry up after the first wash!

I bought this with the intention that it would clear up my skin, it was very messy and did not do anything at all for my skin.

I bought this for my son. I thought I spent almost $15 because one of pictures said beechwood tray with purchase. I missed the small print under saying after 3 purchases. Not happy
