Ok if you have time on your hands and can shop around for some of the ingredients
I like the idea of the 30 day meal plan. Don't like the black and grey pics. However, don't think the meal suggestions, especially breakfast and lunch would be practical to do in a short time unless not working. Ps. Do they sell Jackfruit in your local shop?
