Excellent Customer Service
One of my bulbs stopped working after 3 years. Since the bulbs have a 5-year warranty, I went to the company website and submitted a claim. It was very easy, and they responded almost immediately. They not only sent a replacement bulb, they sent two additional bulbs as well. They have all my LED bulb business now!

Bright Bulbs Works Well
Very bright - works best in a dimmable setting. It was too much glare for my kitchen sink area but works well in my dining room because I have a dimmer. These bulbs are larger than what I'm used to but still fit in the recessed lighting socket just fine. I wouldn't recommend these for lower ceilings as the glare is very bright.

Bright beautiful lights
We replaced all the incandescent ceiling can lights when we moved into our new house. There are twelve of these in the kitchen, which makes it feel like a sunny beach during our dark Alaska winters. The lights are flipped on and off all through the day. We get an average of about 3 years life from each one.They generally flicker a bit for a few days or a week and then go out. I just ordered another box.

these particular bulbs I had to return because they were the wrong size
these particular bulbs I never had a chance to actually use them because I had to return them for they were the wrong size for my ceiling light cans , but the reason I did purchase them was I really liked the features that were built into the bulb especially the anti-flickering feature , it would have been nice if they included the bulb's dimensions in the original topic ad with their description this way I would have never ordered the wrong one , because these were over 4 1/2 inches in diameter and I need 3 3/4 inches in diameter but if you are thinking about this product I think you'd make a good choice but make sure you scroll down and check the dimensions to see if this will fit or not ?

Not a good value
Excellent illumination for my workshop but one if the lights quit working after only a week...Now another light quit working.... after about 6 weeks of use. These are terrible light!
