UPDATE 3/2/20 - Company sent me a new battery saying the old one might have been defective. Upped the rec from 1 star to 4 star due to the company taking care of the customer. Not 5-Star as they need to do a better job in the QC of their batteries. Will monitor this one and modify the review if this one has the same issues...ORIGINAL REVIEW - Bought this battery in November. It is now February and the battery is dead and will not hold a charge, just outside the 90-day return. I expect a battery to last longer than this.

Battery worked really well when I first installed it, i've had it for 6 months and now it holds a charge for an hour, fully charged.

On the first battery I received, the connector on the battery was offset such that one side was covered by the outside plastic casing and I couldn't plug the cable in. I called Amazon and they shipped a replacement (I figured I'd give it 1 more try). The replacement fit and installed fine. So far the battery seems to charge and discharge fine and is an improvement over the previous original battery which had started swelling.

New battery still does not hold charge more than 1 hour

Less than a month in and the battery has started to lose charge overnight. Really slow charging compared to the 2-year-old original battery.

This battery was priced in the middle of the pack, which is OK. As you might expect, I was ordering it because my Daughter's laptop was dead and we needed to fix the problem very urgently (and... she is in a different state). I was very pleasantly surprised the battery was delivered a couple of days early.thank you, thank you...

I should have read the existing reviews more carefully first before wasting my time and money in this battery: the chances of this being a bad product was high. After two full exercises of careful installation and 24 hours of initial charging each, this new battery is totally dead. The three years old battery I was planning to replace at least keeps the laptop on for 10 to 15 minutes! This new battery is basically somebody else’s garbage. Are these second quality batteries? They are not advertised as such! If not, where is the quality control evidence that this is a first class product? Are customers suppose to figure this out by themselves from the specs??!!This is more problematic for me as I am currently abroad and can’t return it or get a replace quickly.

Perfect match to the original battery in my laptop. Installation was pretty straight forward. Watching a you tube video before hand helped me prepare but was not really necessary. Pleasantly surprised to find that this battery actually seems to have better life between charges than the original.
