Not to spec
The 3.17 mm to 4mm is not what is in the package. The actual measurements are smaller and would not fit my motor or drive shaft. Amazon sent me another package but same results. They finally gave me a refund. I was able to carefully use metric drills to bring them up to the correct I.D. I told them to check the rest of their stock. Whether they did or not I have no idea.
