I LOVE this collar and so does my dog Annie! Top quality! Annie’s neck is about 10-11” and we got the small, fits perfectly when adjusted down to the smallest size, it has much room to adjust larger if needed. See sizing chart. Not only is the collar lovely but the sellers customer service is off the charts!!!!! Amazon showed our collar as delivered but we didn’t have it. I contacted the seller she responded right away, super friendly and offered to ship a new one ASAP! You can tell they truly care about their customers and their customers pets! The sellers also rescue tons of dogs from the kill shelter regularly and adopt them out! I will definitely be a return customer for the amazing product, excellent customer service and to support dog rescuers!

I hate to write this review because this company is doing good things for animals but I had to return my collar as soon as I received it because it is so stiff, especially where the nylon is sewed back to itself. It's odd because the nylon is soft to the touch but it's thick and ribbed and where it goes into the clips and folds over to tighten or loosen -you cannot bend it in these places. Where it's sewn back to itself and not in any clip is like trying to bend a wooden ruler in half. The plastic buckle is a huge bulge on the outside of the collar (so not touching the dog) but still, who wants that on a collar? I want the collar to lay flat and smooth and I want it to be flexible yet soft and sturdy. I ordered a small and all or most of the flowers were on it without being cut. It's a beautiful design and the colors were bold and pristine. If it was flexible and especially if the plastics were white (on the white ladybird, not the black), I would repurchase. I did write the company asking about this and they told me they didn't know what was being sold on Amazon and that they did make the collars softer so if I wanted the same collar with the new nylon, I'd have to go through them directly. I received the collar quickly, the return was processed quickly and Lucky Love corresponded kindly and quickly.

I am so sad to have to give this collar a low rating. Her current Martingale collar is getting a little too small, and I splurged on this one because of the gorgeous colors and wide size adjustment range.It arrived nicely packaged, the colors are amazingly vibrant, and it appears to be a good quality. However, in the photos, description, and summary the closure is all indicated to be buckle or clasp - there was even a closeup of the clasp promoting easy on/off!Unfortunately, what I received is a traditional style Martingale design with no clasp at all (slip over head design). I specially chose this collar for the clasp feature. I take off her collar every night & fumble to put it on half-asleep when she wakes me up at the crack of dawn every day. Easy off/on is a priority.Not sure if I was sent the wrong style or if the description is wrong but either way, it’s got to go back.

I didn’t think my beautiful foster dog Belle could be anymore beautiful until she put on her Lady Bird flowered collar. Love, love, love this collar and it’s wonderful that this company gives back to support rescue organizations. It’s a win-win! Belle got a lovely collar and my purchase went towards saving other dogs like her. This collar is high quality, the colors are vibrant and I’ve even washed it without an issue. Reasonably priced for such a nice product.

Della, our Basset Hound puppy, just turned one and really did a "job" on her original collar and some tags. She just got her 3 year Rabies tag so a new collar was in order. I spent a long time searching the Amazon site, and when I found The Lucky Love Dog Collar, I stopped searching. When it arrived I was very impressed at the nice packaging and also the feel of the collar. It won't surprise me if I order another collar some time. It's very lovely, Thank you.

I have a large, mixed breed dog, and she has an enormous neck that fluctuates in size as she does (plenty of us gain wait in the winter, don't judge). Because she is a large, muscular girl I wanted a feminine collar for her, and this one is perfect! I originally wanted a different pattern by this same company, but it was out of stock and I didn't want to wait. So I got this pretty blackbird pattern and just love it. It's easy to use, the clasp is very reliable, the collar is lightweight and extremely easy to adjust. Next time I want a cool-looking collar (they have androgynous/masculine patterns as well) I will buy one from this company for sure!

My Hazel was "dumped" on a back road in another county from where I live. A friend fed and cared for her for a couple weeks to see if someone came looking her. I took her, while she has issues from being abandoned, she is a wonderful companion. She loves collars. Take her collar off and she is lost and homeless all over again, so she has several collars and we are working on one for each month. She is the light of my life. Thank you for the beautiful collars, we both love them. Thank you for sharing your profits with other abandoned, lost or surrendered dogs, also. I am sure we will be order more from you. I love both collars.

I bought the collar and leash for my new dog - a 5 year old rescue. I wanted her to have something special that no one else used before her and that would reflect her personality. And this certainly fit the bill! It's beautiful and I've showed it to all my friends with a wonderful reaction. Just make sure the college is tight enough as it is silky smooth and can slide off more easily than a regular choker or coarser fabric collar. The collar was delivered promptly and packaged nicely. Worth every penny.
