Victor Pest Metal Pedal Mouse Trap Bulk 72 Count [Set of 72]

Anybody who buys this many traps is obviously deploying a lot of them. When I purchased my last large batch of these traps, they were individually wrapped and there was a little staple to hold down the trip wire during shipping. So deploying the traps required unwrapping and removing the little staple to set and deploy. This time, from this seller, what I got was a box full of loose traps with no additional packaging. At first I was surprised and a little dismayed. But it turns out this was actually much more convenient for deployment. The only downside was that two traps had the bait plate fall off. But the plates were still in the box and easily reinstalled on the trap. So the cheapest price for a large lot of these traps also turned out to be the best value overall.

It's a moussacre! These work well, but I found it's essential to jam bait inside the tube of the trigger. If not, then the mice simply lick off the peanut butter without triggering the trap. I take a couple of sunflower seeds (shelled) and jam them into the tube, then put some peanut butter on the top and bottom of the trigger. Lay the traps near the wall. I've caught over 15 mice in the last week since using these techniques.

There were a couple of traps that were difficult to set as they would not stay, but overall they work well and do the job they are designed to do. 3 bad ones out of 72 isn't bad at all.

Works great and more than enough if you have to throw some out for obvious reasons

Good basic trap especially as I dispose of the trap and mouse together. Easy to set.
