Worked well for me.
I agree you do need to read the directions. If you aren't familiar with dropper bottles for supplements you may be confused, so I can understand some of the negative reviews. However, I loved the single drop dosage and used this for my husband and child as he grew. The taste was approved by my super picky toddler as well, so five stars. When nursing the single drop was easy to administer.

One bottle is all you need!
One bottle will probably last forever! Not really but it definitely feels like it! So just get it and don’t worry about having to constantly buy more bottles.

Awesome company
**Updated review** company fixed issue. If I have same issue again I will contact company directly** . In an Amazon email, they included this helpful advice. I will be refrigerating the product, and passing these tips along in hopes it helps others."I know you said that it was tricky to get just 1 drop out of the dropper, but we find that if you squeeze virtually all the oil back into the bottle, you should be able to serve just one drop.Unlike some other brands of Vitamin D we do not recommend that you squeeze it direct into a child's mouth (or an adult's mouth), as it is too easy for the dropper to accidentally touch the mouth and become contaminated. We recommend adding it to food or drinks or for a nursing baby onto the nipple.Although it is an oil, one drop should not make the drink or food oily. I take the Vitamin D myself and have 8 drops, which to be honest would leave a bit of an oily residue on a drink, but I just drop it onto my hand and lick it off. My 3 boys all have it on their morning cereal."It is best to keep the opened bottle refrigerated and upright. "First review: awesome customer service, they solved the issues at hand. I love the pure ingredient list of this product, why I bought it and why I never used the script vitamin D (ingredient list was horrid). I know that they post a link to a video for the best way for this product to be administered, but in trying to get that single drop to my baby, a lot of the product drips everywhere and I'm never really sure if my baby is getting a drop or more, because every drop varies in size. My dropper was also faulty, so I'm trying to give my son this product with a damaged dropper. (the glass portion loosened from the rubber.) I may have to buy another brand or a new bottle. Not impressed.

All natural, Wheat-Free Vitamin D3 Drops!!!
I bought these Vitamin D3 drops after doing a lot of research and reading other reviews. Vitamin D3 is the only vitamin the body can manufacture from sunlight (UVB). Yet, with today’s indoor living and the extensive use of sunscreens due to concern about skin cancer, we are now a society with millions of individuals deficient in life-sustaining bone building and immune modulating 1,25-dihydroxy Vitamin D3. Our family lives indoors for most of the year due to snow and cold weather, so Vitamin D deficiency is definitely an issue for us. I also had Basal Cell Carcinoma removed from my right shoulder as a 26 year old, therefore in the summer, I lather on the sunscreen which blocks the sun's rays, further promoting Vitamin D3 deficiency. I am really looking forward to using these drops, not only for our little one, but for myself as well.My main concern is that I have a severe wheat allergy, but was pleasantly surprised to learn that these drops are all natural, sugar-free, salt starch yeast-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, soy-free, milk-free, eggs-free, and shellfish-free!!! There are no preservatives, no artificial flavors, and no artificial colors. The only other ingredient besides Vitamin D3 is MCT Oil (medium chain triglycerides). It's very rare to find such a great product with no additives or preservatives, or wheat fillers. These drops have absolutely no flavor, which is fantastic. All you need is 1 drop per day for your infant, and 2-3 drops per day for an adult. This company truly cares, and if you have any questions at all, their customer service is 5 stars!!! I will definitely be buying these drops again.

... D liquid for our baby ever since her pediatrician recommended we started giving her a few drops every day ...
We have been using this Vitamin D liquid for our baby ever since her pediatrician recommended we started giving her a few drops every day since she turned 6months old and now she is a year old and we are continuing to give it to her in the mornings a 50ml drop. She is very good in opening her mouth to take the liquid without any fuss so am really glad about that. In the old packaging the bottle dropper did not have any measurement marking but am happy that the new packaging of the Vitamin D the glass dropper has measurements markings which takes the guess work out of it the amount to be administered. It's a flavourless and tasteless liquid the only drawback of the product is the packaging after multiple times opening and closing the bottle it tends to have some leak off the top of the rubber tip and spills easily.

and let the kid suck that. Or try to go for just one ...
Tip: put the drop on your finger, and let the kid suck that. Or try to go for just one drop left in dispenser before administering.First time using it, we tried dropping directly into his mouth. Needless to say he squirmed, and we ended up giving him a nice six or seven day supply in one go. [Don't take medical advice from an Amazon review!] Poison control said there's basically no such thing as a one-time use overdose, that he'd have to get too much on a regular basis for a while, so it was fine, but still. Kid tested, mom approved!
Vitamin D is so important to your immune system and preventing illness. I try to regularly give my kids a dose of it year round, but especially during the winter months in a colder climate. We were using another bottle of vit d drops that my kids loved (sunshine vitamins, for reference) but they're $35 for a bottle which just wasn't feasible. I also wanted something that doesn't contain any filler or questionable ingredients. We next tried the child life brand and my kids hated it. Refused it. We purchased this brand and it fit the bill. Affordable, the kids will easily take it, and it's not full of yucky ingredients. This will definitely be our go to unless something changes.
