Must have book for Solarists!
One of the best ever e-material i have read. This is a stand alone material for all levels (basic and advanced) solar community. I am a full pledged off grid practitioner and was further enhanced by the information from this ebook. It's professionally composed and high competensy in technical level. Congrats, i know some can really write/communicate this good!

Not worth it.
I was NOT expecting much, but this book offers way less useable information than you can find in an average website or magazine article. You will learn more about sizing and installing a solar system by simply going to a reputable solar suppliers website and following there advice.Five cents would be too much for this "book".By reading this book, all you will learn is that , Christopher (Toby) Kinkaid , knows very little about building a solar system.

Not for Newbies
I'm very interested in using solar power, but this text was a lot more complicated than I was prepared for. If you're an engineer, or have extensive experience using solar power, this is for you. If you're a newbie like me, this is not a good start.

I'd give this one a pass....
I found this book to be not very useful if you are looking to get a basic understanding of how to put together a solar power system. There are many more books available here on Amazon with more practical information and better explanations of the required components, methodologies, etc. The main focus of this book seems to be just listing a bunch of parts for various power output systems. Not recommended.

great info for the price
Great info well laid out and easy to understand. Lot of info on placement, set up at all voltage levels and panel sizes.
