Snaps not useful
The use of snaps rather than velcro for my purposes made it impossible to snugly fit the handles I want to cover. Also the material appears too soft for durability. For use as covers to make the luggage stand out on the airport luggage carrasel

Snaps are great
I have a set if three and they work great. Plan to order another set. Snaps work great because they don't come off as easy as Velcro. Even glued the snaps so no one can take them.
