These seem to only do good for about a week and then they make the water feel like needles spraying out of the shower head. I tried soaking the actual shower head in vinegar but the only thing that worked was when I removed the balls from the shower head and now that they are out the shower head works fine.

Seem to be breaking down faster that the original. Still, not bad
