It is a cute little LED powered ring light, very useful in photography, especially for selfie and for lighting portrait at a small distance of say about a foot or two

Broken clip
The lights were good and did work in 3 modes ...but clip of the light was broken...and I don't think it was broken in transit because the broken parts were missing.
