package contained nearly everything necessary to install four cameras, and get them wired and running with the nvr. at first i was confused (what else is new) as to whether a wifi router would be necessary to get this system wotking to the extent necessary for in house monitoring of my house' exterior day and night. one email to tech support and i had more assistance within 24 hrs than i knew what to do with. i mean nobody ive dealt with via amazon has provided as much detailed information about a product issue than these people. turned me from a frustrated cursing to myself product returning customer into a very happy individual with only positive feelings about this purchase. certain elements of the system could use a little work, but overall i would recommend this particular system and company to anyone looking for an inexpensive four camera security system with terrific tech support. i was watching a literal herd of bunny rabbits march across my front yard last night, and just spotted my garbage man taking the trash away. no criminals yet, but i am sure that if an evil doer sees the infrared lights surrounding the camera lens on any of these cameras they will likely pass on by. good deterrent, and great for nighttime nature watching. thanks for the help, and for the quality product! I installed the ZOSI four camera 5MP POE system two months ago. This POE camera system has fantastic set of features for a very reasonable price. The instructions for setup were clear, also I went to ZOSI's YouTube site watched how-to videos. My 5MP cameras video quality are excellent. There is no monthly fee and POE system is easy to install because it uses a single Ethernet cable for both video access and electric power, avoiding the troubles of many sockets and wiring. I encountered a small issue during use, I went online for chat support which was excellent, Hannah is very helpful and knowledge, she immediately helped me to solve the problem, Therefore, I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is a tentative review, as I have only had this item for a few days. It may change as time goes on.The system itself works well, with a few small issues. I knew it would as I have purchased cheaper security cameras before. The item was packaged well, with little space to move around. The picture quality is decent at 2 MP, however i have yet to try a 5mp camera but I suspect it will give a better image. All in all, I think it is a good system for the price.There are a few issues where the system needs improvement. The system did come with 4 ethernet cables, however they are not standard ethernet cables. Only 4 wires were in the cable instead of the normal 8 wires. The cables do work, however I chose to run my own cat5e lines through my house in the event i decide to update the system in the future and it requires such.The video is choppy and not fluid like on the older wired system. Still, it's not horrible and if something happens it will catch it.PLEASE NOTEThe manual is decent, but incorrect in a couple areas. First, if you plan on changing the camera sensitivity remember that it is reversed. 1 is the most sensitive and 10 is the least sensitive setting. I had an issue with the system not recording the first night and after some tinkering, figured this one out.As far as the phone and windows app, they work well but the manual omits certain things you will probably need to do. First, you must have you router forward the ports listed in internet settings on the menu. If you do not do this your routers firewall will block these ports and the apps will not work. A simple google search of your routers model and "port forwarding" will give you the information you need.The playback area is another issue that needs to be updated. As it stands, I can see my motion events but when it comes to playback you must click and watch each one separately. On other systems, after you watch the first event it will transition to the next automatically. This is not the case with this system. There are YouTube videos that help, but none explain the issues above. Setup time was quick for the hardware, but took time to fine tune items. Again, this review is tentative and if an update is needed I will change this accordingly.

This is my third purchase for this same item. The first 2 were setup without internet so I did not do too much with the functionalities.This third one, I tried to setup with internet connection so that I can test the email alert and also be able to view the videos on my PC and mobile device.I run into some issues in the setup process so I contacted Tech Support. Though the Tech support is a in different time zone, they were very responsive and right on point. I worked with Slina, one of the Tech Support staff and she was very excellent.With Slina's help, I am able to setup email alerts and I am able to view the videos on my mobile devices.These system is very good for it price. It has some features that my neighbor's security systems does not have.For example, the buzzer alert feature. The snapped pictures the systems emails to my email addresses are also very clear and crisp.So far, I am very happy with the product, hence my five stars.

The product was easy to instal and program. This is the second Zosi NVR I bought and once the app is installed, it's lighting fast to get it online by just scanning the QR code. I'm a one on a scale of ten when it comes to IT, so if I can program the system anyone can. The only complaint I have is finding where in the menu to go to rename the cameras. Once you get there it's easy but finding the right place takes some digging in the onscreen menus.

My name is Craig Ashmeade and I'm so disappointed with this brand zosi. The customer service is good but the cameras keep stop working and I have to be trying to get new ones. I contacted the company and they can tell what is causing this problem. If you don't want to end up like me having cameras stop working, choose another brand NOT zosi.

So far so good...apart from 2 of the cat5 leads in the kit don't work..they must be faulty leads. I test with a short lead I have from my router and it works fine.
