Will not work for big arms
I am a 5'10" male and I ordered these (blue and grey) as they appeared to have the best/strongest material and user ratings. While these fit me the advertising is a bit misleading. While the whole body is super elastic the upper part has a rubber like material that is designed to grip the skin and stop it from sliding down. This part of the sleeve is NOT elastic and if you have spent any time in the gym (regardless of sex) or are on the bigger side these may have a hard time going over your biceps or may pinch while wearing them. Other than that the cooling effect on these are nice and my arms are cooler after just 10 minutes of wearing them. They run from top of bicep to knuckles. I have yet to do work in them but other reviews say they are durable. Hope this helps.Update: I returned the items (2) to find something that would be versatile.
