Fantastic pants. Poor service.
If you're thinking about buying these pants, here's what you need to know. The pants are amazing and worth every penny - and it's a shame you have to go through Anatomie to get them, because it's hard work! The product: excellent quality, the fabric is feather light and durable and stretches without losing opacity. I'm excited to pack these on my next trip, where they'll be worn day in day out to networking events, cycling to work, to yoga. I'm planning on hand washing them every couple of days and I'm confident they'll take it and continue to look amazing. As to sizing, if it helps, I'm 5"2', waist 27", hips 35" and a 30D bust. I'm petite, with curves, and wear a US 5, or UK 8 (say, Hollister as an example.) After emailing Anatomie with my measurements, they recommended I take a size small.I purchased the small, and I'm returning them. The fabric lives up to the many rave reviews I've read on travel blogs, truly! Breathable and completely opaque, and it skims in a flattering way. The actual cut was uncomfortable, and dug into my crotch very noticeably - I wouldn't dream of wearing these in public! Much less so conservative countries like Africa or Indonesia. The length was also a couple of inches too long, but the hems are easily folded up or hemmed. I'm 26, and frequently wear short shorts or crop tops, but these were too revealing for my purposes. Then there's the whole aspect of dealing with Anatomie - they are useless!I emailed them about sizing, and got a reply instantly, buried amongst a lot of enthusiastic comments about how amazing the pants are and how I was going to love them. I received a second email from a colleague a few days later checking if I wanted to buy the pants - 'Not just yet, but thank you,' I said, thinking - These would represent a sizeable chunk of my hard earned travel savings. After these, none of my 4 emails have been answered! Their own website has the option to choose UK shipping, which when selected, does nothing (necessitating Email 1.) Email 2 - Asking whether another website I found is legitimate site (they have all the sizes I want, new colours, but a host of badly loaded images and poor site design.) Email 3 - How can I buy your pants without getting myself into fake seller trouble please? (My trip is getting close!) Email 4 - I've bought your pants, resorting to Amazon, they're too small, would you please exchange them for another size; when are you getting them restocked?'...Bearing in mind I've paid $199 for the product, $30 shipping, and yet another $30 customs handling fee and waited three weeks for them to arrive. I can't even wear them and I'm not confident Anatomie will process an exchange. Even if they do, it'll cost me a small fortune in postage.Nothing for weeks. I genuinely wanted to love this company. They lack appropriate customer service and I won't be purchasing anything from them again.

Buyer Beware!! Seams Unraveling In Less than 30 days.
I bought these pants for trip to Europe. I was looking for pants that were easy to wash, fast to dry, and would look good with a decent shirt and a scarf. These preformed admirably in that respect and I cannot complain about the fit, fabric, or their ease of use. I bought these pants on September 5, 2016 and received them about a week later. I have now had the pants for approximately 30 days. When the arrived they had an ~1.5 inch pull in the fabric on the back of the left thigh, but I didn't have time to replace the pants with a new pair before I left. By the time I returned from my trip, the very small return window from Anatomie had closed. Today, the stitching on the bottom of the pants began to unravel on one leg and the other leg isn't far behind. For a $200+ pair of pants I expect them to last more than a month with normal wear without issue. I have not used the pants for any outdoor or strenuous activities and they have only been hand-washed and hung dry.

Comfortable, and versatile for travel -- just beware of them in super hot climates!
Ok, I've had these pants for a couple of months now. I bought them before I went on an international trip where I needed to pack light and needed versatile pants. These certainly fit the bill. They are unbelievably comfortable, they don't stretch out at all and they are a good length which is usually an issue for me as I need a 33 inch inseam. For reference, I'm 168 lbs, 32 inch waist and 42 inches around the largest part of my hips and I ordered a large. The good:ComfortableNice mid riseLength is perfectFit exactly as expected, not too big or too smallDry very fastThe not so awesome:Unsurprisingly, they aren't great for too hot or too cold climates because they're thin fabric. It is breathable, but in extreme humidity they're not the most comfortable (but nothing is comfortable in extreme humidity, I guess). These pants are extremely expensive for what they are and I'm not at all opposed to dropping over $200 on pants, I just think these should be in the $100 range instead.I'd recommend these if you're looking for a go-to travel pant. I've also worn them as a part of my normal wardrobe because they are truly a classic black pant and you can dress them up or down. If you're only wearing these for one occasion and won't wear them regularly, they are not worth the price tag.
