Hyland’s Arnica Tablets, Arnica Montana 30x by, Natural Relief of Bruises and Muscle Soreness, White No Flavor 250 Count

Had bought this for my girlfriends bruising but she never used it. Then a couple werks ago i fell from a tree stand and got a serious case of whiplash from my safety harness but didnt realize how serious until that night and the say after when i couldnt move my head at all. Had to grab my hair to support my head when laying down or getting up. Then talking to my sister about it she said hey take Arnica Montana its great for whiplash. That surprised me bcuz i thought it was just for bruising. But knowing i had a full bottle i dug in and started on it as prescribed. And God is my whitness i had about 95% of motion back and zero pain whithin 24 hours and whatever was left was gone in 12 more hours.But it gets even better. I got a bad case of covid in November and since then i have had daily hip pain. From the time i started Arnica Montana i havent had a bit of that hip pain. Unbelievable but 100% true story. I will be keeping on this stuff because it helps with other aches and pains to.I would have never in a million years thought this stuff was so amazing without the whiplash incident. And its safe. Just buy it. Its economical and far safer that perscription drugs.

Coming from a family of homeopathic physicians Arnica has been a main staple in our home. I was in NC and came across a quaint health food store where I was introduced to the brand Hyland's. I find this brand very effective. Arnica is a miracle pellet. I also use the Boiron brand. One time I accidentally back stepped into a jackhammered open terrazzo floor and cut open my leg close to the shin bone and immediately took arnica. I did not bleed or swell. The nurse at the hospital commented how deep the wound was while cleaning/disinfecting and closing the wound with staples and couldn't believe it wasn't bleeding or swelling. Several hours later while preparing to go home I realized I had not taken the Arnica to the hospital and the swelling began to creeped. As soon as I returned home and took arnica the swelling went back down. Another time at a boxing gym when someone ran into a thick stationary metal piece and deeply split the area beneath his eye open I quickly gave him the arnica and said this would help so he took it. No bleeding or swelling!! I travel often and Arnica goes with me everywhere. Everyone should keep arnica in their house. Immediately take after any bodily injury. You will be glad you did1 Just remember not to eat or drink anything (unless water)15 minutes before or after ingesting any homeopathic remedy, especially caffeine or brushing the teeth with strong spearmint oils as it can cancel the remedy's effectiveness.

Arnica is awesome and this product is Exceptional! I've used this product for years and it's my go to when I have a tough workout form the gym and my body is sore. It's also great for bruising. If you use your body to lift and hold things like I do, every now an again you may get a bruise from whatever you were lifting or carrying. This stuff will help move things along through your blood stream and the bruising will go away quickly. It's a love saver for my wife who gets botox for the holidays, she takes it a few days before she gets an injection an swears it helps her from getting a bruise. Couldn't life without this stuff!

I have used Arnica Montana after two separate surgeries to control bruising, swelling and help with a rapid recovery. Approximately 1 week before the surgery I start taking 2 tablets approximately every 4 hours and then continue through at least 1 week after the surgery. In both instances, I had very minimal bruising (I get more significant bruises playing with my 80 lb dog!) and the recovery went extremely well. The tablets dissolve very quickly under your tongue. They have a slight taste, but it is very slight and it is not at all unpleasant (it is also not pleasant - sort of a neutral taste if that makes any sense). I don't really know the mechanism of how this works - but in my experience it definitely helps! I recommend in to anyone preparing for a scheduled medical procedure - but please confirm with your doctor!

Worked very well for inflammation.I suffer from chronic pain like arthritis and fibromyalgia. This didn’t take the edge off with that. But it did help my migraines and it helped inflammation. I had chipped a tooth in the back of my mouth, and my gums were swollen, I wasn’t even taking it for that, but I noticed when I was taking it, The swelling went down in two days and my mouth felt much better, so it worked somewhat. But I stuck with the ibuprofen and Tylenol for my arthritis pain, but I will continue to take the Arnica because they say it’s good for the immune system, and again it helped my inflammation so I thought that was a plus. It’s also a natural antibiotic I heard, I usually take Mucinex for sinuses but I didn’t have to take it when I take the Arnica,so that’s another plus, so this is a product I will keep.

I developed a severe allergy to NSAIDs, so no Motrin, Advil etc for me. Really miss i, especially after tennis or other workouts as I have bad knees and a shoulder with no cartilage left. A friend turned me on to Arnica cream several years a ago and it was a godsend. This past summer I came across these tablets and figured I’d give them a try. I have barely used the crème since. Within fifteen minutes of taking these pills I can feel a huge difference. And I have experienced zero side effects. I highly recommend this product.

This is great to take before and after surgery, the tablets are really small dissolve on the tongue I take 2 at a time twice a day.
