I chose this brand because I like the discrete black color and the carrying case.I first thought the Light seemed too easy, but I found a good use for it - I put it either above or below my knees for additional feedback to keep my knees out while doing weighted barbell hip thrusts.EDIT: I watched the videos that go along with the bands, and first of all, I like Marin, the cute demo girl. I like that the videos are really brief (~ 1 min). I also found the light bands are great for the upper-body rehab exercises, which I plan to do daily.I currently use the Medium band for stand-alone glute exercises, and look forward to moving up to the Heavy and X-Heavy eventually - I'm glad I have room to progress with this set!I plan on taking at least 1 band on a 3-week trip so I can stay in shape while traveling.Can't comment on the durability yet, as I've only had them for a week, but I do avoid using them on my feet at the gym where the floor is gritty.

These are nicely packaged and look well made, however they roll like crazy for me. The LIGHT resistance is useless because (no matter how carefully I shimmy it up my legs) it immediately rolls into a thin, digging loop. It is very thin and the lightest amount of movement makes it curl right up. The MEDIUM stays flat for the most part, and I think it is usable for my purposes, but when I tried the HEAVY resistance it also rolled up. I bought these a year ago and am just now getting around to using them; I wish I'd tried them when I first purchased because I probably would've returned them.

I got these because I liked that they were all black and they're good loop resistance bands and priced better than other bands. What I was really impressed by was the customer service from Renegade, they are very attentive to you as a customer and email you to make sure you got the product and are satisfied, it really made my day to see such a caring company selling high quality products and I really like the pouch or helps me to keep them together and not lose them.

The band's are a great addition to my fitness routine. They are portable and compact, which is great because I do not have they space for a large home gym. I use them in addition to free weights to increase resistance and change the way I workout muscle groups. Fast shipping, great price and excellent customer service. ...recommended!

Good deal for the price. Heavy and X-Heavy are nice and thick. Small/medium feel flimsy, but I don't really have any use for them anyhow.I did knock a star off because I find multiple emails from amazon sellers annoying. I know you guys are working hard to give good customer service, but please keep it all in your first (and only) email.10/8/15 Update: I knocked off another star, because even after posting this review complaining about excessive emails, I received ANOTHER email about the product. One is fine, two is annoying, three is spam.

These bands are amazing! Do not hesitate when buying these. Amazing price, great quality, and I love the bag. You even get an email with some exercises and also some monthly challenges. I love it

These bands are really a good addition for lower body exercises. Having had to do some lower body rehab recently, I came across these bands and decided to give them a try. So far, they have come in really handy and I like the different tensions in the 4 bands. It comes with a nice, small carrying case so that I can bring them with me on my travels.

cheaply made. For the price, i ordered these. Used the heavy band for my workout (as i normally do) the resistance felt very light. I have loop bands from other companies and misplaced my other set so i ordered based on the reviews but i honestly feel they are flimsier than others i've had.

I like the idea of these bands, they're compact etc. However I wish they were a bit stronger, of the 4 bands supplied I only use the X-heavy..The other thing I would like is if they could be supplied in longer designs, 2 feet long for example, so you can do elbow curls and other arm exersizes too. I don't really like the types with handles etc so longer loop bands would be ideal.

Seen a lot of these type of miniband in videos. These are very neat in a small pouch for travelling too. The small ones are a little thin - don't know how long they'll last yet but they work very well and they're wide so don't cut in to you in use. Also like the little (25 page) pdf which has exercise challenges (squat, wall sit and plank) and a simply laid out spreadsheet style tracker for your body measurements, how you feel and activities / meals. Good bonus.

Some good quality bands. As described and can be used for all sorts of toning exercises and rehab purposes. Come in a handy pouch and supporting link to video exercises and advice. Good people at Renegade Active aim to look after their customers which is note worthy.

I have been on the lookout for a while for some resistance bands as I'm often travelling and can rarely fit in any time for the gym when I'm away. These bands are the perfect solution. They come in a cool little carry pouch, which fitted them all in perfectly. It's surprising how little room they take up. I can get in a great workout in less than 15 minutes. I'm starting to use multiple bands at the same time to build up the total resistance and get an even tougher workout. I also really liked the free downloadable training tracker that came in a follow up email.

These resistance bands really are 5*! Bought these to help improve flexibility in my hamstrings and within the first five days use I can already feel a difference. The bands are a good length and certainly do stretch, I'm 6ft 2" and can use these for leg extensions without the fear of them snapping like other brands I have used.I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for an inexpensive but great solution for great quality resistance bands. Have recommended them to a few team mates and they are already looking to buy.

Great product but even better is the customer service. There was a problem with the order but it was sorted quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant product - my wife uses the HEAVY and i use the EXTRA HEAVY and they add a new dimension to a lot of exercises, keeping tension pulling in 2 directions at once, great for butt, abductors, hamstings etc etcWould definitely recommend

Received on time. Have not had a chance to make full use of them but they do appear well made, a little concerned about the light strength one but time will tell with use. Overall very satisfied.

I have to say they are incredible. The resistance in heavy and extra heavy is amazing. Also, I have used it several times now and its amazing as it did not show any signs of wear and tears.Thank you for making such an amazing product.

Received my Renegade loop bands very quickly. Great product, well packaged and labelled. Great having four different resistance strengths. These loops are great for slipping into your laptop bag and doing a few stretches at the comfort of your desk or on your commute. I would recommend these for anyone looking to a compact product that does what it says on the tin!

The different strengths of the bands work well for what I want. They are packaged well in the small pouch and easy to identify the various strengths.
