swatter review
Ordered this for the Wasp problem during the summer holidays, I had used many before hand which were flimsy and broke after a few swats.I looked online for a more decent one to replace the useless plastic one I was currently using at the time. The product says it's a fly swatter, however it is perfect for dealing with wasps. A single slap on a wasp and it's dead. Swat one and knock it out of the air and onto the ground? Get that double tap in and kill the insect with a single blow. Perfect swatter in my opinion. Brilliant against flies & wasps alike.~kill tally not included with this product. This swatter is very sturdy and hasn't shown any signs of damage with excessive use. 10/10

More of a claymore than a rapier
This flay swat is heavy and strong. I have whacked several walls, items of furniture and small children with it and it has not fallen apart, in contrast to fly swats I've used in past.A fly hit with this stays hit - he doesn't wake up ten minutes later with a bit of a headache but is transformed into a mangled mess of legs, wings and goo.

A good hefty swatter.
These swatters have a good hefty, and hit the target with confidence.

Swatting head plastic is too thick and hard.
Plenty of swatters for the money (I bought the 6-pack) so no argument there!Turned up late after 4 day delivery window - not so good on that point.Head size is pretty standard, I like that size, if it's too big it can clip things you don't want to hit.Main issue for me is the thickness and inflexibility of the swatting head. It's thick (which is at least twice as thick as a good quality flexible one) and quite hard, so there is a danger of damaging objects in the line of fire either directly or by knocking them over, where they would have survived with a lighter more flexible head. A fly swat should kill a fly reasonably intact without nuking it into a horrendous mess on your wall or window! Having said that, if you want to kill a monster hornet, this design has the beef to give it a good bashing while a flexible one will just make it really really ANGRY :o)

Better quality than the usual plastic swatter
Although maybe a little smaller, this swatter is made with a better, sturdier plastic and therefore, shouldn't break after a few hard swipes. Other swatters I've used have a pair of tweezers fitted into the base of the handle, which was very useful indeed. Maybe that might be a consideration for the current manufacturers. However, despite that, I would recommend.
