This product was looking fine at the time of delivery, however within few months, the bed sudden bended from head sides and started shrinking from middle (head side) portion. I reported the matter to the Amazon Customer Care and shared photos of the same with the representative, and we stopped using it, as it was danger to the personal life and safety, and could result in serious health issues. Understanding the non-usability of the article, I requested for refund of the item (in accordance to the replacement warranty of Amazon), as this product was of very poor quality. it's difficult to trust this seller for anything and asking for refund for the product has been a year long struggle. In such a case, Amazon surprisingly seems to play a silent role, doesn't own-up any responsibility, making its customer to fight it alone with the seller. take note of this that in case any problem with the purchased product, Amazon will not help you to get the replacement or refund. its better to buy such products offline for better and trusted services.

Very much satisfied with the product, storage facility is good. Wood quality is good, no damages in delivery. Assembly is a bit tough, but seller provided techinician for assembly service for free of cost. I am very much satisfied with the product.But, the edges are so sharp. If anyone accidentally got scratched by the corners, will see blood. Be aware of the sharp corners

Nice product.Good co ordination by seller for timing of delivery and quick installation by well trained team of 2.In visakhapatnam the delivery guys expect to get paid Rs 150 per floor above 2 floors if lift cannot carry items due to size constraint.The bed is value for money and of good finish and fairly good quality for the amount spent.(apx 19499)It was in good condition except for 2 crushed corners on the plank over hydraulic arm.Since it is invisible below the mattress I ignored it.After having stood for the entire assembly I must say that it looks suitable for one time installation and not for frequent shifts.Have been hurt by one or two sharp edges on shelf but overall a safe proposition.The shelf panel doors have slanting pelmets and they look fragile and may get damaged due to arm or head collision.The storage space on head end is accessible to a single person by shifting mattress downwards and the foot end hydraulic works with the mattress in place by inserting hands slowly into the slot cut out on the plank.It is easy to press from top of mattress to shut the hydraulic storage.Storage space accessibility is fairly good.Water spillage while mopping might spoil the storage base as it touches the floor.Overall I was finally able to create good accesible storage space and banish dust and mosquitos from under the bed.I was aprehensive while ordering such a large non returnable piece online but I think home town did a good job for me.I would have given 5 stars but for the extra delivery charge and damaged under mattress plate!I hope this review was useful.

Return pick up did not happen and except for refund, everything else was poorly handled by Amazon. Pls ne very careful while buying this product. The cot is still lying in the house with no takers. Very difficult to get rid of such a huge item. Had to make too many long hold calls to customer care with no fruitful outcome.

This is an awesome product. The wood, design and the material looks great. The bed frame looks appealing, lot of storage underneath the bed which makes the bed look outstanding. How ever I had to return the product because the hydraulic links for the storage was for king size and I placed the order for a queen size bed. Its been more than a week still waiting for someone to pick up the product. Returns are not easy.

Been a fan of hometown. The parts arrived safe. Not too strong, but value for money. Assembly was done in time.Thanks amazon for promoting !

After 2 - 3 monthes of usase the headside is bending and can not sleep for fearness if any accident occurred. Please help on this. It has 1 year warenty.Now September 2022 it is very poor condition to sleep like that bed. At least visit once and check the product. We need safety.

Have been using this cot from past 3 years. Really sturdy material. Happy with the purchase. Value for money given.
