Great Item.
These are great. Our Bose headphones were the old type that didn't have bluetooth. This slipped on the headphones and worked perfectly.

Works well, but...
Performs well. Interfaces reliably to my Android phone. So, what's not to like? The charger port is in a bad place. You have to unplug the device from the headphones every time you need to put it on the charger, Eventually either the plug or the phone jack will get worn out. Improve the design by relocating the USB charger port location!

Brilliant device and highly recommended
What a brilliant ingenious product that has brought new life to my Bose QC 25’s. Whoever thought of this is a genius. They provide exactly the sort of Bluetooth connectivity needed for these older headphones. I usually use the headphones when I’m flying to cut out the noise of the engines, but often move around or stand up, and the cord gets snagged, which is how annoying. This device now prevents that from happening and I’m using it in conjunction with a small Bluetooth transmitter that connects into the headphone output jack in the planes. Definitely recommended for those that are not ready to upgrade yet.

Good Bluetooth adapter
I purchased this adapter as an alternative to the better known Airmod adapter option. I wanted something with a non proprietary charging port and lower in cost. This fit the bill! I had no issues syncing this adapter to my phone and my tablet. The adapter does need a solid push to make sure it is seated in firmly in order to have a did in both ears. The buttons placement is a little odd being in the vack, but once you get used to them it's not difficult to figure out what button does what. It is a little bulkier than I expected, but doesn't add much weight to the headset. Everything fits in the case whole assembled as well.Pros: audio quality is goodBattery life is goodMicro USB connectionBluetooth 5.0 ( dual connections )Price is great !Cons: "hidden charging port" means you have to unplug the adapter in order to charge itButtons situated towards the back

Update: After a few good weeks, adapter starting to malfunction; now useless
Stumbled across this version of a BT adapter for QC25s. Was a little hesitant to purchase these over the more popular alternative option on Amazon that had considerably more reviews (albeit a little pricier). I'm happy I went with these. They seem to be made of quality materials and components. The design is very streamlined with the existing QC25 look and feel. Still fits comfortably in the carrying case. Setup is very easy and all functions (volume, pause/play, power) work as expected. Sound quality over BT is comparable to how it was when wired. I have not had a chance to test call quality, though I didn't purchase these to use during phone calls and results would likely not change my review. Have not fully tested battery life either, but charging these out of the package was very quick (assume it came partly charged). Will update review with any developments in the future.UPDATE - 6/27/19After using this after for a couple of weeks, it seems like it has started to malfunction. On a full battery, the adapter seems to lose connection with the audio source for a split second every once in a while (every 15 seconds or so), making the audio sound like it's skipping. It's made this adapter completely unusable. I'm back to the hard wire, which is really disappointing given how great they were out of the box.

Mixed results with some older Apple equipment. Mic not very good. Overall good but could be better.
PRO:-Audio is good when it connects correctly. I was able to successfully get aptX and ACC codecs to stream from my iMac and ACC codec from iPhone.-Physically seats well to the QC25.-Reconnecting to paired devices after turning off and back on is instant.-Price is great.-Can connect simultaneously to two iPhones (6 and 8- Bluetooth v4.2 and 5.0)CONS: [there's a lot]-mic is sub par. On the iphones, coworkers complained of not being able to hear me very well.-Why they block the usb charging port, so that you need to remove it from the headset to charge is a mystery and a pain.-The buttons are close together and don't have unique discernible tactile markings, so it's difficult to use without looking at them. After a little bit of usage you know what they do and you can figure it out, but a raised bump on the play button would have been nice.-Pairing two devices is not intuitive- read the instructions!-When this connects with SBC codec the audio is TERRIBLE. Sounds like a tin can. Mic is equally awful. This only happened when connecting to my iMac and Macbook Air, and only when actively using the Mic. When just streaming audio only, it reverts to ACC codec and sounds great.-Because Apple downgrades the codec to SBC when the Mic is active (in both Bluetooth 4.0 and 5.0, in my testing) and this device is so terrible with that codec, this is not useable for conference calls, webex, zoom, etc. I still use it, but have to switch the Mac to use the internal mic on the Mac, and then just listen on the headset. This means I can't get up to walk and talk, which isn't a problem when using the web cam but on audio only calls from my computer this is a shortcoming, as I sometimes like to get up to pace/talk.

A must have accessory
I was happy to find that there is an alternative to the AirMOD. Now I have both and I alternate between them when the battery needs charging. It's good to have a spare. This one is newer and the battery lasts way longer than my old AirMOD. Works the same, buttons are on the same place, so it's easy to switch between the two. Charging it is also easier because it uses a standard micro USB port vs a proprietary audio jack cable for the AirMOD. I wish it was using a more modern USB-C port though.
