It is a "budget friendly" option for a fairing.
To start off, the price was quite appealing compared to other items of this type. The shipping was great. The item came in a box with paper stuffing and plastic wrapping, nothing to complain about there. However, there are some concerns about the build quality of the item. While assembling the inner panels to the fairing I was sure to take care and not trip the bosses that the inner panels attached to. Still one of the bosses started exhibiting signs of stress-fracturing as I screwed the panel in and eventually snapped off. I used a handheld screwdriver to do the assembly, I would advise to avoid using power tools. Depending on your application the assembly to your bike may vary in difficulty. My bike came with braces, not brackets for the windshield. So it required me transferring these braces to the inner panels before assembly to the fairing. Then there is the case of the so-called 12 1/2 inch windshield. I measured the windshield as they had stated from the center bolt hole to the top of the windshield. DEFINITELY NOT 12 1/2 INCHES! More like 8 inches and this is what they have in their description ◆ Windshield Height: 12.5 inches (measured from the center of the middle bolt)......Nope! Also the bolt holes don't line up for the windshield to the fairing so you'll have to come up with a plan of attack for mounting the windshield. Now the Finish is quite good on the outside but when you look at the inside it is pretty rough. There appears to be some epoxy or enamel in random places while the texture is pretty flat and rough. All in all I like the appearance of this fairing compared to the other options in the market. It has very smooth contour which complement the fuel tank and fenders. My bike is a 2001 Honda Shadow Saber 1100 which has gotten mixed reviews in the past concerning it's Aesthetics compared to its competitors, but I think this fearing steps up the appearance tenfold. In conclusion I feel a little satisfactory with this purchase. I'm still trying to adjust the fairing to redirect or deflect the air from striking my forehead. I think the new windshield that I'll be putting on it will address that issue. I hope that the vendor can get the windshield issue with the bolt holes and sizing corrected for future customers because that could easily be a deal breaker.

Decent Fairing
I purchased this for my dads bike (V-star 1100) as a surprise because I know he wanted a fairing, but he wouldn't spend the money. The fairing itself is pretty nice. With an actual mounting kit it would be simple to install. I modified it to mount to his factory windshield mount. The only thing I dislike about the fairing is the paint splattered on the inside in a couple spots, outside paint looks excellent. The windshield on the other hand is total garbage. The holes don't line up and when I tried to drill new holes it shattered. I figured there was enough room to do a shorty windshield so I slid it down to try drilling again and it shattered even worse.Summary: buy the fairing without the windshield and get a more reputable brand windshield. Preferably a polycarbonate shield and not plexiglass like the ones sold here.

Not a bad purchase
I bought this mainly for cosmetics but I am impressed with how easy it was to install, took about 2 hours start to finish by myself, it would’ve been nicer if they had some install instructions but I understand this isn’t a one size fits all product. Some of the parts that go together to make the whole fairing don’t really fit snug but with a little elbow grease you can get it sturdy enough.I think it looks great personally and I don’t regret buying it, but they could improve on a few things to make this even better. What saved me was my pre existing clamps that held my old windshield on, had I not had those I may be singing a different tune. I have a 2002 HD Dyna wide glide FXDWG so for this to work for me is kind of cool!

Love/hate
Don't laugh about the mounting bracket it's temporary, anyway love/hate this product. You get what you pay for. Fitment is a little Shoty.Pic #2 shows the inner support you have to screw in doesn't close the gap all the way no matter what I tried. The wind screen didn't line up for the center hole ( see pic #3 ) I drilled new holes on the outer two to line up the center hole. There are absolutely no instructions. I ordered the quick detach kit and that was a joke. I used 4 conduit clamps for the forks and you get the idea on the rest. The final version will be aluminum. In short be ready to be inventive to make this work

Shop around
Looks nice came with a scratch on it and the mounting hardware for the windshield will not work. they do not sell hardware for this specific universal fairing.

Good
Fit well. Not as strong and sturdy as it could be, but works. But, good for the money.

Good product for the price
Good quality for the price. Was able to use old windshield mounts for the top and fabricated some bottom mounts.
