Always Delicious
This product always delivers: tasty and crunchy without being too hard or overly sweet like some granolas. The maple flavor is subtle and the toasted pecans add nuttiness.

Sweet Home Farm Maple Pecan-less Granola
Since I eat granola with my yogurt practically every day of the week, I saw the Sweet Home Farm Maple Pecan granola in a milk carton type container placed beside my usual brand (Udis) granola in the supermarket and decided to give the Sweet Home Farm brand a try. The picture on the front of the carton shows a spoonful of the granola with three whole pecans in the spoonful along with the granola and five additional whole pecans surrounding the spoonful. I really enjoy pecans along with my yogurt so I was anxious to taste this product. Much to my disappointment, when I opened the package and poured out a serving, I didn't see a single pecan, so I dumped out the entire contents of the carton and discovered three fragments of a pecan in the entire container! I seriously think this is an ethical issue where truth in advertising comes into play. We as consumers should not be disillusioned by an image of a spoonful of granola with whole pecans if there is absolutely zero chance that the contents that their product contain whole pecans. Regarding the granola itself, since I prefer a more chewy, hearty granola with substance, the Sweet Home Farm granola tasted light, crunchy and airy, so I will not be purchasing this product again, as I feel scammed by the unethical picture and name on this product.

half pecan so far
The pack of this granola has a picture with pecans. I have eaten 1/3 of the pack and I have gotten 1/2 of pecan so far. It is upsetting that companies have so little respect for their consumers. The granola does taste like maple, and if it had more pecans it would be a good granola.

Meh..
The flavor is remarkably bland and is far and away the "dullest" granola I've every consumed - regardless of brand. Stays crunchy in milk and as a subscribe and save option it's a pretty good deal, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Very good granola
I really liked the flavor of the granola. The milk carton shape is really nice, because you don't have to worry about a plastic bag. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is really sugary tasting.

favorite cereal
this granola is great as a snack or a quick breakfast. it has just the right amount of whole grains and sweetness to trick me into thinking it's healthy. we always keep this on hand in my house.

Sans Pecan
I highly regret paying almost $6 for this at my local grocery store. The high cost was justified by the fact that I thought I was getting a premium product with at least as many pecans as pictured on the box. I didn't think anything of the fact that I had only seen 1/2 of one pecan when the carton was nearly half empty, as I assumed that the rest of the pecans had settled to the bottom. Unfortunately the pecans never surfaced. They simply were not there. I counted 3 pecans in the entire carton and that is being generous. It's more like 2. It's hard to tell, as they were fragments, so altogether they would comprise maybe about 2 pecans. That's not acceptable for a product that was almost $6. Buyer beware. This was a huge rip off.

Mmmm!
Just two things:First of all, this stuff tastes really good! The granola I normally would get is Bare Naked from the local store, and I would say the Sweet Home Farm stuff is better. And the other thing I would point out is that it does seem to over-represent the amount of pecans in the box. It's not like I was expecting a ton of the pecans, but I see other people mention this in the reviews and it's a fair criticism. A random scoop certainly looks nothing like what is portrayed on the box.I'll be buying this stuff again.
