This patch does help with discomfort from cramping, however I cannot wear it to work due to the strong smell of menthol that permeates my clothing. It would be nice if they could come up with a way to place some type of barrier over it that would reduce the strong scent.

These worked really well. I purchased them sometime ago and will purchase again. They did not come off when water was applied, which I think is great seeing as these can be applied for a long period of time. I used oil to remove them. DO NOT PEEL THESE OFF OF YOUR SKIN WITHOUT APPLYING A LUBRICANT FIRST.They do feel like they get extremely hot, which I did not expect.

Used these the first day of my period since I usually experience the most cramps on the first day. I noticed they created a cooling sensation. May have helped slightly with the cramps. I usually feel hot and sweaty when my cramps get really bad, this helped keep me cool. I definitely don’t cramp as severely as I usually do when wearing one.

I’m not usually one to write a review.. which is really just because I have so many impulse Amazon purchases that I just simply don’t have time.. but these are AMAZING. My whole life I’ve dealt with lift altering cramps - I need 1-2 days off when I start my period. Excruciating cramps, puking, hot flashes then cold flashes, back pain, sharp shooting pains.. literally writhing in pain for 1-2 days. I’m a real tough cookie and my period knocks me straight in my butt. So, 28 days ago while feeling like my uterus was holding a UFC fight, I impulse bought these.Today is my first day using these patches.. I am not gonna lie and say I’m completely relieved of pain and dancing on the clouds, but I feel SO much better. Probably 90% relieved of pain. I’m at work, I’m functioning. If I can get through the entire day like this, I’ll literally cry tears of joy. Finally, something that works!!

Did not work,just smells really good.EDIT UPDATE!!!So i have seriously BAD PERIODS. The first time i tried this,it didn’t do a thing.Afterwards I realize it has a specific temperature i need to keep it at. I live in the Caribbean so it’s extremely hot over here. So I thought to myself okay ,maybe thats why it didn’t work.So i stored it in my refrigerator for the next month.It did indeed work! It was not what I expected,it did not relive the pain quickly or the way I imagined.It took about an hour before i notice small changes;but i guess I get what I paid for and I really believed its because its medicated.I did notice after two months of using this,my period cramps definitely was not as bad as before,i literally don’t have to take any tablets anymore.Because the pain is somewhat bearable. WHICH IS REALLY GOOD! Tablets sometimes help to increase period cramps for the other month)Im not sure if my cycle is changing ,I highly doubt that. I really think because its medicated ,it did something for me.

Works well when I was cramping last month. About to order some more tomorrow. Stays in place all night.

Got these for my sisters new period kit. I think these will help her out a lot :)

They have a really nice smell and works better than ThermaCare wraps in my opinion. When you first apply it, it seems like its not working but after a while the heat starts and you can feel it soothing. They are pretty thin in width but pretty long. I would have liked them to be wider but its a good product and nice to have in combination with pain meds or alone if the pain isn't too bad.
