WHOLE FOODS MARKET Rozaire Brillat Saverin, 17.6 OZ

This is not what I remember in Switzerland. This is exceptionally creamy but a very strong flavor almost like camembert instead of Brie. I waited a few weeks to eat it and I am afraid it might have ripened more during that time giving the stronger flavor. If you like a strong Brie or Camenbert then you will LOVE this. The creamy texture is way beyond any triple cream Brie. I cannot say this was bad but it just was too strong for my taste.

I could live on this delicious cheese. It is a dream. I had some in New Orleans on a cheese board. I hunted the cheese monger down (St. James Cheese) and asked what it was. He gave me the name, and I ordered it for home. YUM.

This is the BEST cheese out there! Creamy and decadent to say the least. The price was competitive and delivery was fast and the product was well packaged, protected and on ice. Will definitely be buying more!

Sent as a gift and the recipients, who are connoisseurs in the field, rate it highly. This type of cheese MUST be eaten fresh and kept refrigerated - it is sent expeditiously and with refrigeration, accounting for the additional S&H charges. It was worth every penny.

This was also another gift for my mom and when she cut into it, she found out it was spoiled. She neglected to tell me since it was a gift but I assured her that Amazon would have taken care of her. So, to be honest could not say whether the cheese was good or not since it came spoiled.

Perfect! Great cheese, great packaging, great delivery. Spreads like butter, heaven taste.

You'll NEVER eat a creamier or more decadent cheese...EVER!!

Outside of Kunik, the Brillat is my favorite 3 cream cheese and a staple around the house. The creaminess melts in your mouth, great flavor, not overpowering but Brillat makes you want to come back for more.
