Heavy and sturdy.
I like this for a night light...very heavy and sturdy. I had hoped to reach in underneath and put waxed paper in the windows from the inside so you could "pretend" there was something going on in the cabin you just couldn't see it...so if anyone is hoping to do that when purchasing know that is going to be very difficult to do. Other than disappointed I couldn't do that, I really like this...seems quite sturdy and it is heavier than it looks.

Adorable
I love this little cabin. I have a rustic, woodsy, western decorating theme and this fits right in. The rotary switch was a little stiff and the metal trees and bears around the outside are a bit delicate. I have it placed where it won't be banged and I put a remote switch on the outlet. I just love it.

Cute, but does have a long white cord
The picture online fails to show the long white cord; I had assumed it was battery operated because of that. There wasn't much description of the item. Would have been nice if the cord was brown, it detracts from the item itself. Otherwise it is well made and is pretty cute.
