Great coverage all over the head. Ice pack is flexible and provides enough weight that feels good and stays cold a long time. Great to have for migraine relief. I Alternate between this and the heated usb eye mask from Arris. So nice to have both options.

Very Helpful for headaches and migraines. Sometimes hard to keep together, but retains cold well and can be adjusted as needed.

I use for chemo, it stays cold for duration of treatment.

I love this product. I get migraines frequently and I love that I can wear this while I'm doing other things, or just when I want to lay down and want cool around my whole head. The fabric makes it so you don't get brain freeze. I bought two because it doesn't stay cool as long as I would like it to.

The helmet itself fits on like a helmet. As a chronic migraine sufferer, I'd suggest using a cold pop can before this over insulated chunk of non- flexible ice. It didn't ever really cool anything, doesn't hit any needed locations, and doesn't help with headache.

Holds cold a long time...once you get it on, the weight keeps the cold against your head! I use it to stop/alleviate migraines.

Well made and adjustable for my head . Very pleased head ache is gone for now !

After using this ice pack a few times a week, it came apart at the seams. A gooey substance leaked out from the inside and it was unusable. So, if you want to use this for 3 months, buy it. If you expect it to last longer, you might want to purchase a better quality product.
