This the “Big” Knob (What I Needed for GE Dryer)
The model number on my GE dryer was unreadable, so I was concerned it might not be the right one. But it was perfect! It has the standard “D Ring” and a basic measurement with a ruler on the broken one ensured it was a comparable size. This is the “Big Knob” on the washer. I also bought a multi-pack of the smaller knobs for the other dials. Standard “D Ring” and a basic measurement of existing knobs solved my problems! Dryer is fully functional again!!!

Life Saver
I was so upset when I went to put clothes in my dryer only to find out the knob was broken from the inside. My husband went on Amazon and found the replacement part for my GE dryer. The replacement part has metal around the inside to prevent it from cracking. Thank you…Thank you…Thank you …

GE dryer model #GTDP180ED0WW timer knob
Timer knob that originally came with dryer lasted 5 years. Bought a replacement knob from another company that lasted 4 years. Bought this knob but it fits a little loosely on the timer shaft. Wrapped electrical tape a couple times around the timer shaft and cut off tape to fit. Placed knob onto shaft and it now fits perfectly. Will see how long this one lasts. These are half the price of the last replacement knob. This knob fits GE dryer model# GTDP180ED0WW. The GE part# is WE01X20374. It also goes by part# WE1M856 .

Works but had to add tape
There was play in the knob when trying to turn it. It was about 1/2” off due to that issue. I added tape to the dryer plastic nub so the turn button would fit tighter. Tried duct tape and too much. Used few layers of scotch tape and not perfect, but only 1/4” away from correct point.

This item has a reinforced base to better support the knob when it is being turned.
