After taking these for a few weeks, I noticed a positive improvement in my skin and my gut health! I was suffering with bad cystic acne and gut health for a few weeks before trying this product, and after about two weeks I started noticing an improvement. This is the first supplement that I have ever found effective enough to deserve a great review. I seriously have had very few stomach issues since taking this. i've been taking these balancegenics probiotics for a minute now and i love them! i take em everyday & y'all i can feel the difference! i used to regularly get to drink kombucha to help with my gut health but I am broke so i have been neglecting my gut health & then I found these awesome little capsules and I feel awesome! tbh, this week has been WILD & stressful & typically that results in bloating & just a generally upset stomach but this week stomach & the gut has been on point!if you're looking to add a probiotic into your life - definitely give these a chance! i'm still working on this bottle & will absolutely get it again!

Pro tip read the label to ensure you’re taking the right amount, because I was accidentally taking one at a time. But otherwise great product and would recommended !

I have had irregular issues since I was a kid, but taking this I have noticed quite a helpful difference! For the price, you can’t beat not having to drink prune juice or something similar. Definitely will keep this in my daily regimen!
