All the parts needed were included. I had my husband put a protective coat of sealer on the entire bench swing since it was being used outside. Looks great!!! Seat is strong & comfortable.

The shipping was very fast. The wood is of decent quality. It is unfinished. Unfortunately when mine was being assembled apparently they could not find a square. The cross supports were way out of square which prevented connecting the back and bottom. I had to drill out the staples - yes the whole thing is assembled with staples, on one of the cross pieces so I could move it over enough to fit with the back piece. It is still probably worth the price but I wasn't happy to have to partially disassemble and reassemble.

Nice resign and look, but the slats are not good quality. Some slats had completely rough sections, and all slats had deep planing marks. Other quality problems (short slats, to few staples, etc.). The company gave a discount due to the poor quality. Otherwise the style is good, no knots in the wood, and sturdy chains and lag eyebolts.

Attractive and easy to paint. Would not suggest more than one person to use at a time.

Very cool swing. I repainted it darker but there is no need to do that. Hung it on my porch and it is good for daily lounging or sitting.

Good value for the money. It will arrive in unfinished/rough condition and will require a fair amount of sanding and it is hard to stain (lots of small edges). They so need an additional washer and locknut for the chains. I felt it was unwise and unsafe to just use the single washer and nut provided.

Just got my swing in today and the best thing I can say about it is, that it cames with all mounting hardware. The reason I'm saying this is to let u know, what it comes with is all your going to need. I went on and bought better mounting hardware to beef it up, that was pointless! Here's y! This poor little ole swing will never be meant for a full size family! If you wanna put your kids on it ? that's fine. One adult at a time that's less then 300lbs!! Sure. But, do not!!! Trust it with you, your wife and your kids on this thing at one time. Your going to end up with a sore ass, and back when it comes crashing down! Lol. It's slats all thin thin 1/4"in and it's runners r only 1/2"! It's thin thin people. There's not even 30$ worth of oak board here. The bolts are really small 1/4"!! and the chain is only being held on by a small washer and nut holding it on the bolt. I myself weigh 190, then u add the wife. I won't say her weight '' then u add the kid u have more then 300lbs which is all the weight this swing can handle. Now I'm going to have to put up a sign keeping other family members that show up for a visit to stay off my swing or only one person at a time!!! ''' it's a 5ft long swing! Three people is going to want to sit and swing at the same time and I don't see that happening safely. If your willing to risk it go for it. But I have to tell u it's just barley put together with a few brad nails that was shot all the way threw on some stuff like the arm rest and I'll have to put screws in to hold it together. Wished now I went with more of a heavy duty swing. But I wasn't really wanting anything bulky and monstrous is y I didn't go that route in the first place but I'd thought for sure that this swing would be safe for a family of 3, Seeing that it's 5ft long. Nope not this one.Update; All installed, and have put it to the test, the small bolts started bending first thing with two people on it. I went and got bigger bolts and tried it again and it's better no more bolts bending. I will have to sand and round off all the shape corners, and add seat cushions because it's not comfortable at all. The seating is a bit to short only about 15" needed to have been 18" or so. Oh well live and learn.

Product came super quick and was as described! Really decent for the price!!!
