Helps the outside heels from wearing unevenly
Aloha, these help my oversupinating feet. I have them in a lot of my walking shoes. God's blessings to you. Aloha

I think this is it
The heal-only supination correction inserts are fine and dandy, but not all of us supinators supinate only at the heel. The heel versions just gave me more foot strain, and ankle strain and pain. This, however, is already making a difference beyond my folded up paper towels that I stack on the outside, beneath my custom orthotics.I have a check-in about the increased supination recently with my podiatrist, but even though I’m on the cancellation contact list, this is a major city: the appointment is a month and a half out. I needed something that would be stable enough to stack underneath my custom orthotics without causing added strain. I tried 3 heel-only inserts, including the first one being a fitted gel-like one (my hips and knees instantly protested—how unstable a design). This popped up as a recommendation on Amazon a couple days after I implemented paper towels in my shoes.Pros:- supination support down the majority of your support-needing foot- so far, it works well as an added support underneath [custom] orthotics- instant pain relief- at least in a Brooks sneaker, making direct contact with the existing grippy base and not ON TOP of an insert or orthotic, the pedag insert doesn’t move around for meCons:- I can feel the ridges of the pedag even beneath my orthotics, and I got the thickest top cover available- I cannot imagine walking directly on the slick leather top covers of the pedag would do anyone any favors—it’s quite slippery, and as someone with long second toes where I’ve permanently damaged the nail beds from years of wearing the wrong shoe sizes/toe box width, and slippery inserts, I can tell you nobody wants to deal with the hades that is damaged toenail beds.Overall, I’d recommend using these beneath inserts/orthotics for comfort and even for safety so you’re not sliding around in your own shoe/needing to tighten your shoes so much you bruise or damage the tops of your feet.4/5

No more hip pain
I have had left hip discomfort for along time. I have spent a lot on chiropractic adjustments. It help a little but the discomfort continued. A couple months ago I noticed one of my softer soled shoes was wearing unevenly on my left outer side of my left shoe. I did some research online. I started looking for wedge type inserts. I found the heel wedge inserts, put one in my left shoe only, within a day it was feeling better. I then felt, if I feel better with the heel wedge, it may totally alleviate the hip discomfort if I try the 3/4 wedge. I used the 3/4 wedge in my left shoe only. Within two days, all I can say is “unbelievable“. On the bottom of the 3/4 wedge is some adhesive, I pealed off the sticky back and applied the 3/4 wedge to a thin flat shoe insert. Now I can take it in and out of any of my shoes. I waited over a month to write this review. The wedge has not slipped off the thin shoe insert, the white wedge material and the leather top piece have held up VERY well. If the wedge does start to slip, I’ll just apply a little contact cement to the bottom of the wedge, then reapply to the thin flat shoe insert. I can now go to work, grocery shopping, church, walks on the beach or pier, zoo, museums, hiking, amusement parks, etc..., all without hip discomfort. This is a great product!

Works barely for men's shoes
Works for supination. The problem is they are designed for women's shoes (seems like more for dress shoes) so putting it in a men's shoe works but not real well. They have two little stickies on the bottom which will hold them in place for a while but eventually it will stop working and will slide around because it is too small for a men's shoe. Also the leather on the top is comfortable, but after a long and rugged backpack the leather wrinkled up like another reviewer said and came off (not sure how long it would have taken with just regular use). That being said, I don't really think the leather is all that necessary, I just keep them in my shoe with just the white foam part.Manufacturer needs to make these for men. Maybe they don't sell enough because most people are NOT pronators? I don't know but it would be nice.

Absolute game changer.
DISCLAIMER: I've only been using this insert for about a week now but the results have been amazing! My right foot has a severe oversupination. I'll buy new shoes and within 2 weeks I'll have broken down the right side of my right shoe to the point that I'm essentially walking on my ankle. It's so bad that I'll have crippling pain all up my right side from my foot to my knee to my back. If I walk long distances it'll even creep up to my neck. Then once taking my shoes off, that immediate pain will go away by my right side will be in pain for hours.I only use the right insert and the change has been immediate! The pain is gone. I can walk longer distances without a problem. I'm limping less and I just overall feel better. It does get a little fatiguing to wear for long periods of time but I would rather have a tired food than my entire right side in pain. The stickiness of the insert could be a little more sticky. The insert itself is rather slippery so I found placing it under my shoes built in insole works the best.I plan to order a few more so I have a stock pile laying around in case I need them. My only wish would be that they sell these individually instead of as a pair because I don't need the left side.Maybe I can find someone with the same size feet who has a left side issue.

Finally no pain
My right foot over-supinates very badly and I crush all of my shoes on the right/outside side. I was having knee pain in that leg due to that and constantly was rolling my ankle due to the collapsing shoes. Since adding one of these on the right foot (I put it under my regular insole for my shoe so it's more comfortable and it's been night and day difference with realigning my knee and ankle and ultimately even my back.

Prix excessif.
Cher pour ce que c'est, pas très utile, sauf si vous faite 25kg pour 1M80, car avec mes 80.kilos je l'écrase la semelle ,donc inneficace. De plus le rehaussement est insuffisant. Produit à éviter.

Healed my chronic foot and lower back pain
I have spent hundreds of dollars on massage machines, acupressure balls, rollers, general insoles, you name it, I got it...all of them “work” for the short time you receive your “treatment” but the pain always comes back. I never knew I had supination, I always thought it was normal to have foot pain after standing or doing anything physical with my feet. Due to my supination, I developed major lower back issues and chronic neck pain. I always focused on trying to heal my neck and back but ignored my feet. After wearing these insoles for two days (I placed them in my house slippers, and even worked out in them), I cannot believe how much my neck and lower back pain went away. I take naproxen every night so I can sleep in peace. I stopped taking them after wearing these in such a short amount of time! My supination also caused numbing in both my pinky toes, now for the first time in years I can feel circulation come back in them! This was so exciting to me that I just ordered another pair. All my shoes have major wear and tear on the outer sides of my shoes/sandals, my running shoes all have a hole where my pinky toe has rubbed against it from over supination. These insoles in the beginning do make your feet sore at first but that because it’s doing their job in realigning your foot properly. I notice as soon as I take them off and wear my shoes without the insoles, my feet and lower back are in so much pain. My pinky toes are slowly staring to “uncurl” from being squashed inwards and under for so many years. Now in the mornings, I don’t wince in pain from walking with “broken feet” and lower sharp back pain. If you have supination (which I learned can be hereditary) give these a try.
