So, I have awful posture, have for years. I saw this backpack and did some research and it looked like the solution to my problems. In fact, I was pumped when I first put it on...until I saw the strap connectors were...velcro. Womp-Womp."Well, I thought, it's a $120 backpack: maybe there's some magic new velcro technology that will keep the adhesion intact for longer than--oh, it already fell off."So, it's 3 stars: WHEN it works, it works great/as advertised - the weight is off of your shoulders and it does encourage you to pull your shoulders back.But when the velcro wears off and/or when you have a heavy load, you need to rely on the additional wraparound to keep the straps intact, which might as well make it the same as most other backpacks out there with a cross-chest strap.Candidly: not worth the money until they have something more substantive to keep the straps connected (straps with clips? something else...?)...

My back has improved since using this backpack and I recommend it to everyone!!!!!
