The prices for these sofas always seems to be fluctuating but I ordered the gray one for about $400. For some bizarre reason, the beige one was almost $900 at the same time. Anyway, for the price it is perfectly fine sofa. It’s big enough for 3 people to sit very comfortably and 4 people to sit in a pinch. The seat is a little on the firm side but I like it that way. The back part is nice and soft. The problem with the sofa is… Can you even get it into your home with the way they deliver it? I live in an upstairs apartment and I was wondering why it was taking so long for them to deliver it. I checked Amazon and it said they had already handed it to the customer. I left my apartment, walked downstairs went out through the courtyard and when I got to the street there was my sofa with a couple of guys standing around it! But it was not the delivery guys… Just some random people wondering why there was a sofa sitting in the street. I totally understand that this was probably one delivery driver and there is no way on earth that he could have delivered the sofa up to my apartment. What I don’t understand is that I specifically paid for indoor delivery because I knew I could not possibly carry this heavy sofa up the stairs myself. So, what exactly is going on Amazon? Are you expected to order a several hundred dollar sofa and it is on your street, how are you supposed to get it in your home? This was a huge failure. I called Amazon and I told them “come get your sofa. There is no way I can carry it up to my apartment.” She then offered to refund me $150 so that I could “pay someone to haul it up to my apartment “. I’m really lucky that there were a few gardeners downstairs that happily brought it up for a nice tip. But like I said, I got lucky. Some people cannot find someone to haul a huge sofa up to their apartment on a moments notice. I can’t even believe that the thing was delivered and no one even told me. It was literally on the street in a big city. I can’t believe it was even still there. Anyway, huge fail on Amazon’s part finding decent delivery so order at your own risk. I’m still giving it five stars because the sofa itself is perfectly fine.

Made a mistake and ordered a futon couch that was super uncomfortable. Amazon was very helpful and I ended up ordering this one. The texture is different but good. Its soft and kind of looks like a newer version of an older couch, I say that in a descriptive yet good way. Its comfortable and soft, perfect size. Totally worth it and the 2 drivers were great. I paid for the room delivery and they took off 2 door hinges to get it in. They were great. Totally worth it. Looks like the pics.

No pre drilled holes to attach feet so it's lower than it should be since i couldn't attach feet. It's literally plywood that's upholstered but the cushions are nice. Delivery guys left on front porch instead of inside since I had to take my door off to make it fit. I'll stick to in person buying furniture from now on

I’m SO happy with this couch! Its great quality and very comfortable. The delivery service did a great job keeping me informed of their progress and delivering it on time. My only complaint is the couch came with plastic legs. I switched out the legs with some from an old couch and worked out perfectly.

I love the couch, the only problem I had is with putting on the 4 legs to hold up the couch. I needed a drill be cause the wood part to put the screws in the holes were not shown are drilled and i could not push the screws in with the hand tool i was give.

Really feels well built and came all together as one piece, so a little tough getting it into the roo. Looks great

The couch was very comfortable and a nice napping couch. 30 days of having it the arm broke and one of the cushion for the back wouldn't stay fluffed up. I called Amazon and they took care of the issue very quickly and I am satisfied with the outcome.

Couch looked like it feel off the truck. Bottom of it had hole in it and can't get my refund. I wasted my whole day waiting to sign some paper. I lost hundreds of dollars by not going to wrk. This should be made right!!
