Mavi Men's Jake Regular-Rise Tapered Slim Fit Jeans

So I'm not a kid anymore but don't want to wear 'dad jeans'. The challenge was finding a pair with a modern slimmer fit but without the low rise, which I can't stand, and not too tight.Pros:- The fit is excellent with the little bit of stretch allowing you to have a slimmer profile without being too tight- They look sharp and modern (my daughters even said they look good on me)Cons:- Jeans came with a chemical smell that is still present after two washes- I would say if these are regular rise they are on the low end of regular but not so bad to be a problemI'm 5'10", 165 lbs and the 33x30 fit great. FYI: the color/rinse is darker than in picture but actually pretty cool.Update: The chemical smell goes away after multiple washes. Still love these jeans and would order a second pair, but they're sold out. Might consider in another color.

No fuss here, get these jeans. There are no comparisons on the market. The fit is superb. Quality is second to none. Look is excellent and stylish. Only the price is a point of hesitation. But hey, you get what you pay for in this world!

I bought my Dad a pair of these jeans about 8 years ago so he could look a little more stylish. He loved them and for his birthday this year asked for another pair. I bought him 2 pairs... the Jake & The Zach. The Jake fit perfect, but the Zach was easily 2 sizes too big - so I returned & bought another pair of Jake’s in a different wash. My Dad loves them both - says they’re the comfiest & nicest looking jeans he’s ever owned!

after 2 rather unpleasant experiences with 'premium' jeans these are as described. they didn't have to be hemmed like most premium jeans do. the length was just right. the waist was a little loose but not enough to jump down a size. the only negative was that there were 2 worn patches on the leg that didn't show on the picture. not a big deal as they are not what you would call 'dress jeans'. they're worn looking which is what i wanted. the price was definitely right and i had a $10 gift card so i ended up paying less than $40 for a pair of premium jeans. all in all not a bad deal.

Great jeans. I got 32X32.Slim at the ankles, and not too tight in the thigh. Nice give at the waist for a perfect fit. Very happy with them.

I used to buy a TON of Mavi jeans. I bought these in size 31" waist. I'm muscular and have a big butt from doing squats. I,however, can pull these pants off with them zipped on and buttoned. They're like stretch pants. Come on Mavi! Too much spandex makes formless pants without structure.

I love the Mavi jeans. I'm a 34x30 in most every pant I buy, 5'7 180. They fit snug in the thigh but not too tight, and then they are slim in the lower leg and ankle which is what you want these days. A little long, but not long enough to warrant an alteration.

These are my only pair of jeans. I wear these to work in an office every day.
