Irish SpringDeodorant Soap (20 Count, Original)

Love the fragrance of this soap I use to buy a regular fragrance that I always buy hope they get it back.

I love Irish spring. This is my favorite soap.

fair price as well. I rely on this soap to leave minimum amount of soap film. It's Nice - coming put of the shower. In addition, it leaves a little - nice scent lingering in the bathrooms. SIDE BENEFIT: it also appears to repel critters from eating my Hosta plants (smile). I read it somewhere & thought to give it a try. Well several bars were placed under each of the largest plants. At the end of the season, & to my surprise, a fair amount of the bars still remained! The soap looked nasty, but the Hostas SURVIVED!!! Apparently deer, rabbits, groundhogs, etc. who visit in my yard don't like my soap. (HaHa)

Guess they changed their soap, from original with the orange stripe to original clean with a green stripe. Almost identical, but the new version bar doesn't last as long

I dislike that I ordered “original” as shown on the box. Inside the box is “original clean”. The smell is different and it has flaxseed in it. The soap is oily and not as advertised.Update: This soap was for my husband who has used it since the 1970’s. He used one bar out of the 20 I ordered. Hated it and I donated it to a shelter in my town. My daughter found the original on eBay, much more expensive, but she bought it for her dad and it is the ORIGINAL. Smells awesome and he is very happy.

Yes!!!!! My son & his family really like "Irish Spring"!!!!!We don't understand why the stores have quit carrying it!!!Love the smell!!! Very happy when I found it on Amazon!

I am using this soap as a deer deterrent. I drill holes in the soap and hang securely in trees. Deer in the winter will resort to eating almost anything. I was having a terrible time with my Arborvitae trees and I am hoping to stem the destruction with this scent that deer hate. I also sprinkle broken soap particles on susceptible plants that deer like to graze. It doesn't hurt the plants and provides a lasting scent that deer try to avoid. Buying bulk soap nelps to make this method affordable.
