I use to supplement my diet. I know that multidofilus contain the three main bacteria needed for proper digestion and absorption, but I know that these bacterium are not enough to improve weight loss if the dieter does not change food intake to include fiber-rich, whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

If you don't take a probiotic supplement, you should. Lot's of research on them! This is a great one and a good price.

I have bought Multidophilus 3 Billion several times. It is my favorite and just the right potency. It helps me with gas and general digestion. Stronger versions actually make me worse and weaker ones do not help. Often one in the morning when I first get up does it. Sometimes I will take another later in the day if needed. Everyone should take probiotics, they make life better! Solaray does a nice job.
