Machine worked well for a year but the bearings have failed and response from China has been pathetic. Spare parts not available???? and communication very poor. Not recommended

Don’t Buy as Manufacturers dismiss faulty machine
The media could not be loaded. Bought and used for a couple of days when faults kept coming up and machine stopped working. Manufacturers will make excuses and will not accept responsibility although you do everything they ask you to do. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE

FAULTY RUBBISH
After speaking to this supplier, we were offered different amounts of compensation when all we were looking for was a full refund. I have my principles and wasn't ready to accept anything less than what I paid. Needless to say, I'm now saddled with this heap and all I can do is warn others not to order!
