The media could not be loaded.  This product exceeded my expectations. It comes with 2 arms and 2 sizes of foam foe multiple sizes of cups. You do have to assemble some of this yourself, but this company provides all tools needed which is such a great addition. I cant believe how quiet it is! I am so impressed and may order more in the future! I love that it has an on/off button on the cord. The only thing i would change about this cup turner would be the color haha but that is personal preference. It really has been wonderful!

The media could not be loaded.  **I am editing my review after having spoke to their customer service team for a fix. **Just bought this today and got it delivered today something is wrong with the motor! It worked beautifully for the first hour, but now it sounds like it’s making popcorn. It’s causing my resin to pool on my cup**Their customer service team is fantastic! They apologized for the inconvenience, and even gave me a fix to have it work flawlessly again! I’ve not had an issue since, and am so happy! Customer service is unmatched and I truly will suggest my friends to purchase this item.**

I have now purchased my 3rd NODDWAY Cuptisserie Tumbler Turner. I have a total of 4 turners and my first turner I purchased and paid a little more for, gave me issues from the start. Could not keep cup balanced and once cup fell off. My husband suggested I try another brand. After some research I purchased my 1st NODDWAY turner. What a difference - The foam cup holders hold cup in place and not once have I had to fuss with balancing cup. Speed on turning is perfect. I have since bought two more turners of this same model. My only complaint on this turner (more of suggestion for future models) is it would be nice if turner could spin both directions.

The media could not be loaded.  This turner was very easy to assemble. The foam pieces fit nice and snug in the tumblers to hold them in place. It spins very smoothly and the motor does not overheat.

A few months ago I ordered 3 turners from another company they worked great for about 3 days and one by one they kept dying on me and all they would do is send parts ... and those was very exspensive cheap made turners... made of plastic if you will.... then I found the NODDWAY turners and thought well they look sturdy so I gave them a chance .... was very impressed by the extra items in the box when I opened them and they was super easy to assemble .... since I've had my 2 NODDWAYS they've had very little down time and they are amazing... I did have to grease the pole where it lays on the support bar cause they did have a little squeak to them but once I did that they are quiet as a mouse and they work like a breeze .... I will definitely be investing in more

I recently ordered this cup turner to have an extra one.Other than the part where it screeches while running, it is a great turner! It is easy to assemble, and comes with a couple different sized foam rolls to fit different sizes of cups. The arm is adjustable, to adjust to different depths of cups as well. I have tried using this for a 20oz, a wine tumbler, a kids sippy cup, and a short cup as in the picture. It’s great to have a spinner that is perfectly straight (horizontal), and one that doesn’t let the tumbler fall off like the Spin-it. All things said and done, since I work outside the house in a greenhouse, the sound of this turner does not bother me, but it’s still an annoying sound to have if you are going to be around it while it is spinning. Hence 4 stars, but otherwise it’s a wonderful tumbler and well worth the cost!

I received this item less than a month ago and while it looks nice and it does come with a few items to get started, it has already stopped working. It randomly just stops turning and there is really nothing for me to do other than wait for it to start turning again. There are cup turners for cheaper on Amazon that work better than this one and have lasted longer.**Update to say their customer service is very helpful and after expressing my concerns they sent me a replacement.

If you're looking for a good, sturdy cup turner, this is it! I love this one. I LOVE it that you can adjust the position of the metal piece that supports the rod. It holds the cup very sturdy with no sagging. It has two sizes of foam to accommodate different cup sizes. I've had no problem with it keeping even the largest tumblers level. It is very quiet - almost totally silent. It squeaks when there is something on the rod. Clean the rod and the squeaking stops. I purchased another brand of cup turner that cost more than this one, and this one is far superior to the other brand. The other brand squeaks all the time. You won't be sorry you bought this one.

Not so sure this works in the uk with the adapter. I had it on for 5 mins and it went bang tripped my electric and smoke came out. It now smells like the motor blew.I waited so long for this item to arrive I’m totally devastated 😭😭😭
