The concept of this press is good. The outworking of the design not so good. Had difficulty in finding out to the work the coffee press. The first time I used it I had coffee and grounds everywhere. It is difficult for me to press the inner barrel down. The 3rd time I used it the inner barrel didn't latch. Once again I had coffee and grounds everywhere. The 4th time i used it the inner barrel came out and once again I had coffee and grounds everywhere. Shopping for another user friendly, functional coffee press. This coffee press deserves a thumbs down, a minus star of about 5. No good thing will come of purchasing this coffee press.

If I could give it a zero I would. The second time I tried to use it ,it fell apart. I will have to throw it away,money thrown away. This is the only time I believe I should get my money back. I will go to IKEA and get a GOOD one for 8.99

It’s a little complicated to figure out when you expect a simple French press. The plunger is very very hard to push down. I have to lean over it and put my elbow on it then apply my full upper body weight. I bought this to use at the hospital while my husband rehabs from a stroke. It will be going in the trash when we leave.

Broke after 3 days of use. The part that you push in, with the marble, became separated from the rest of the plunger. It is now stuck on the bottom of the press, completely useless. Returning for a refund.

DO NOT BUY. This product is like what someone would make if they were told of the concept of a French press without instructions or illustrations. It overflows, and is almost impossible not to get grounds in your coffee. I’ve processed the return, it’s terrible.

coffee is getting cold very fast, so I need warm up my cups before using this coffee press, glass coffee press or stainless steel one is more insulated, than plastic coffee press, so I dislike that, also I need to cover the coffee press with thick clothes to keep it as warm as I want.

Hard to clean due to number of individual pieces. Very complex to use regardless decades of french press experience!

It was very difficult to press down on to get hot water to pass through the coffee grounds...great for tea, not coffee ...I ended up throwinf it away.
