Love the new city
I love that we are continuing this journey into a new city. Definitely some shocking moments in this book. I will agree with others about typos etc, but even with that, these couples, this humor.... these books would make for great television as these one liners or scenes of comedy are really perfect.

I LOVE this entire series
I have been waiting for this book for so long. The main characters from all the other books are back (Meryn is my book hero). I love how Alder kept the series going further while still introducing new characters that makes the series feel current and not stale which can often happen with series that have this many books. The new characters are so much fun and keep making the series different while still staying true to its core story line. Like with all the women in the series, each new female is quirky, fun, and not scared to stand up for themselves and what is right. They are not meek, shy or able to be pushed around in away, they kick butt and fall in love at the same time. The men are strong alpha males who are not scared to admit they don't know anything and are complete softies for the ones they love. Even the side characters are funny and add so much to the story( where can I get my own sprite or brownie). I would give this book and the entire series a hundred stars if I could.

Nice intro to Eire Danu
I have been really excited to move on to Eire Danu, it’s not that I didn’t love the other two cities, but there is just something about the Fae that I love so much. Plus I knew their city was going to be super magical. This book was a really good opening to the city, and I’m excited to see where it goes from here. The things I liked:I really liked Izzy, she reminds me of Amelia and Meryn, but also in a unique way. She was so Uber protective of Oron almost right away and I loved that about her. She really was an act first ask questions later kind of girl. I also really liked the friendship she struck up with Meryn. I loved all the backstory in this book. We have always know something was different about Meryn, and in this book we finally get all the answers we were looking for. It’s both heartbreaking but satisfying. We already know Oron’s backstory, but in this book we really get a look at Oron’s pain, and how he sees himself, and it’s really impactful. The magic in this book was amazing, we was all the new races we get introduced to. We get to learn more about Sprites. We get to see brownies and Goblins and see what their culture is like too. We get to meet the super cool guardians, which was awesome. And I really liked the pub.Things I didn’t like:The queen bummed me out. Okay that’s not fair, she bummed me out towards the end, you’ll understand when you read it. Up until that point I really like her and her interactions and it’s clear she was a great mom and she’s a great ruler. Other than that I really have no complaints.Great start to these next couple of books.

Wow and then wow - loved this book
So where do you begin to review this book. At the start is when it all begun and for that you need to know Meryn.Everything we learn is about each mating and how Meryn fits into a puzzle that with this book just made some things so clear - and then makes you want the next book. Now I can understand the little wait for My Solace. When I started this book, seriously it felt like I came home. These characters are family to me. So reading about them made me feel all warm and happy inside.Ms Alder, that first chapter or two, had me in so much tears... and I was hurting inside (just letting you know). To see that emotionally Meryn has grown to allow her brothers into her heart - loved that. But also to see that a tiny "human" could bring together different supernatural beings, just amazing - that is one of Meryn's super powers. We already know Oron as he and Darian are brothers and children of the Fae queen. Oron has a dark past and with this book we learn a bit more. Do note that Oron is an honorable male - and I fell for him so hard, but Kendrick is still my man, oh and Law.Izzy is such an amazing woman. She is like our Meryn, she understands Meryn. She has good intentions, but sometimes it leads to not such good outcomes.I love the way she protects and love Oron, with no hesitation. She saw how people treated him and when she had the opportunity to confront them, well it was hilarious and trust me, Meryn was not very far from that scenario. The two of them (Meryn and Izzy) can't stay out of trouble. When you say don't do it, you just as well tell them they have to do it. That led them to an interesting path and well, while Ryuu is with them, Meryn is bound to be protected any way.We learn about so many things, Meryn learn about herself. She is definately more than anyone thought. Oron gets a few surprises. They receive special blessings and all those goodies. And regardless of all that, Meryn is still our little Menace. There are such a lot of revelations and new developments my head spun a bit.I loved this book and with each book Ms Alder just gets better and better.I love that with the delevopment of each bonding, the couple get they story while the true main character, Meryn, has her intricate story unfolding as well. And don't forget that her mate, Aiden, is always there for her. In the good, sad and crazy times. Such a good mate. And don't forget our handsome Ryuu that would protect his charge with everything in him. He is so amazing. We have so many of our older characters back and like I said, its like coming home. Keelan is not forgotten, ever. But he will get his chance, I believe in this. The fae is in for the ride of their lives! Meryn is there and nothing will ever be the same again.

I love it!!!!!!!! Now I'm going to suffer for book 12 [Ari's book] Sexy lion shifter....mmmh. Back to this book. Well, i guessed right about it. I guessed that Meryn wouldn't be fully human but also a paranormal.Okay, I actually guessed a few things in this book, right. Meryn is half fae, while i guessed what she was but i never thought she would be the niece to [blank- you need to read it to know] Oh my god and i also guessed right about Oron's family. I actually guessed/thought about it in book 4 to 5.I read this book make that eight times now. And i love it lots. I need book 12 now. Please published book 12 soon/or when you can.

Simply awesome!
Definitely in love with the series although I do feel that the ending was a bit sudden and the revelations of this epic story were a bit harsh and in the face (can't decide if that's the plus point or a negetive one.) I highly highly recommend this to all those who are looking for a hilarious read with all the awesomeness of fiction and fantasy!

I FREAKING LOVE THIS SERIES OF BOOKS!!!
I give this book and the entire series a 10 out of 5 stars. I keep reading and re-reading the entire series. I love how relatable the characters are and because the characters seem to jump off the pages of each book and play out like a film. (How amazing would it be if these books got adapted into either a T.V series or a movie.) Every time I read each book in the series, I seem to be finding parts in each book that I don't remember reading, and as I re-read these books, I find myself caring for each character more and more, and I develop a more detailed understanding for the characters.Meryn is probably my all time favourite character from any book I have read or any movie / T.V series I have ever watched- so much so that last year when pregnant with my second child, I was obsessed with wanting to call my child Meryn if the baby was a girl. I didnt have a girl so i was really upset that i couldnt use the name i so desperately wanted, and i already have a 9yr old girl named Lilly Rose.So for those of you who wants to know what name did I choose for my son- (my husband really wanted to call him dexter, which wouldnt have worked in his favour, as his hair is starting to turn red, and he does actually need glasses), but as soon as our baby was born, and he saw him for the first time, he announced that the baby didnt look like a Dexter, and that he looks like the names i had chosen, which were....... CHARLIE LEWIS and then his surname. So now that you know how awesome these books are and how much you can love/relate, hate and also feel sorry for some characters- (even though they were "douchbags").As a reader, you want to have a storyline that grips you, and sucks you into the main characters' lives, the time and/or place in the world. When you find a book, and in this case an ongoing series of books, you inevitably become emotionally invested.WHAT IS THE TARGET AUDIENCE FOR THIS SERIES OF BOOKS?In my opinion I would advise that the target audience best suited for the "BEWITCHED AND BEWILDERED" series would be women aged between roughly mid twenties up until mid 40's. My reason for this choice, is because i think the older women may find it a bit childish or immature for their age group, and also i wouldnt suggest younger than mid 20's, because these books touch upon psychological issues/trauma, death, some of the more "intimate" moments can almost be described as on ocassions with certain characters being loosely based on some of the more "darker" and " more extreme" sexual experimentations of the BDSM community. Also a interest in the following genres would be a prerequisite:- paranormal, sci-fi, fantasy, romance, slighly explicit sex scenes, crime/murder mystery, and have some understanding of technology and also must be an avid fan of MARVAL/DC UNIVERSE and DR WHO, in order to understand some of the more obscure current pop-culture references
