HEY DUGGEE 9093 Sound Puzzle, Multi Wooden

The product was okay in terms of how looked. But if failed to provide sounds as described, even with new batteries.

This is a great puzzle the sound doesn’t always work with some characters but if you tip it to one side it eventually works my little boy is duggee mad so he loves this

BEWARE ALL PARENTS!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! One star is being generous! My partner bought this terrible door stop for our daughters 1st birthday. As shown in the top reviews listed, it arrives broken as if all these toys are built in a dark room by fingerless idiots. Wood is flimsy and easily damaged considering all children will knock this toy about. Battery casing is loose. Light diodes are not aligned with the characters slots. Entire circuit board rattles around like a damn maraka!!You are charging these prices for this abismal level of kindling?! Take this toy off the market now and fix it before more parents are stung like this. Disgusted with the quality. This "toy" does not operate as designed or advertised.Amazon stop peddling rubbish!!

My grand daughter is a Hey Duggee fan and this looked perfect. Lovely thick wood, sturdy and the pull out pieces have a good size peg to hold on to. A lovely Christmas gift

When our daughter asks us what her first few words were in years to come, I can honestly say that "Hey Duggee" were her 9th and 10th words. I bought this puzzle because I knew she'd light up when she played with it for the first time. It's well crafted, bright colours, nicely designed but when I opened it tonight sadly the sound doesn't work. I'm gutted but I'll try to replace the battery & see if that does the trick. It came packaged in cellophane but the power switch was flipped to on and there was no tab to remove so it's obviously run out of battery somewhere in its shelf life. It's not a normal battery either so it's something I'll have to order. It's why I've given it 4 stars. Otherwise battery withholding it's a nicely made puzzle & I'm sure we'll be hearing lots of "Hey Duggee's" while she plays.Update:Um.... okay so batteries are not included. My fault I didn't read the small print. The tiny screw fastening the battery compartment was so tightly screwed in, it sheared off when I tried to unscrew it, so not ideal. It meant I had to force the compartment, add AAA batteries & then put it back together stuck over with tape. Hmmm. Not the products fault I suppose but irritating none the less. But now we have sound, it's fantastic. Our little one loves it & is happily playing with it as I type this. So aside from miniscule screws & no batteries included I would recommend this with the comment be a bit more savvy with the screw than I was this morning.

One year old spends a lot of time with this ,not quite there yet with sorting the shapes but has discovered that if he place his finger over the light sensors for the shapes he can make the various sounds !

Lovely colourful puzzle. However, I had to return it as it didn't work. Currently awaiting refund. Bought a replacement elsewhere and my little grandson loved it. A shame this one was faulty, but I guess it happens sometimes.

My little boy is a huge Hey Duggee fan so he loves this puzzle. The pieces are easy for him to handle and hearing the characters’ voices makes it more rewarding.

Unfortunately the toy doesn't work properly at all.The sensors are not aligned with the ones on the characters so the noises appear whenever they want and not when you place the characters right.If the noises are working at all... Usually they don't appear, no matter what you do.

El producto es muy bonito! Los dibujos están muy conseguidos y la madera es de calidad, pero los sonidos no funcionan. Hemos cambiado las pilas, pero el mecanismo de dentro está desprendido y no funciona. Una lastima, pero a la bebe le encanta igual...
