Terrible instructions. I poured boiling water on it for 30 seconds per instructions, and it turned into a sticky ball of goo that stuck to itself so that by the time I got it out of the water, it was just a big mass with no shape. Total disaster. The instructions need to be MUCH more descriptive about what to do and what NOT to do. This was a big waste of money.

Instructions were very unclear. I was able to save it and mold it properly, but it does not work. The design makes you need to bite down on it to keep it from sliding out of your mouth and or drooling. This causes me to wake up with extreme tooth pain or to just take it out in my sleep. I actually threw it across my room in my sleep one night with no recollection of it in the morning.

I can't use it, but it's not the product's fault. Might be a great bargain for someone else.

Directions were tricky, had to work quickly as plastic easily adheres to itself

It works great and as long as it continues to work I will continue to buy this product it is awesome.

Did not work for snoring. Tried multiple nights, and it doesn't help. Don't waste your money.
