Sani-Safe S104SC-3RWC S104 Scalloped Paring Knife with Polypropylene Handle(Case of 3), Red/White/Blue

I first discovered Dexter Russell Sani-Safe knives when I was in Alaska. They are the standard knife of the fish industry. The knives come sharp, stay sharp, and are easy to resharpen on a regular whetstone. Almost indestructible. Do better if you don't put them in the dishwasher but my wife does, and they come out clean and still sharp. I admit that they are not as "pretty" as the wood handle knives with the serrations. But if you want a knife that stays sharp and does the job at a reasonable price, you can't do any better. I gave my son two sets (total of 6) of the paring knives, and he loves them. I noticed that his wife has packed away the "fancy" knives here parents gave her and now only use the white handled Dexter Russell ones. Great value.

These knives have a 1,000 uses once you try them you will want to use them on everything from opening boxes to cutting meat & vegetables my favorite thing to cut is limes for my Margaritas even fish & poultry , celery & olives, devein shrimp I could go on & on I have 3 sets one set in the house one set in the outside kitchen & one set in the camper so you get the idea it’s a must have item

These knives are great very user-friendly inexpensive last a long time I have been using this brand of knife for over 20 years I have bought them as gifts a few times. Some of the other reviewer‘s were upset because they get little rust spots on it. I have expensive Hinkle knives that do the same thing and are not as sharp or keep their edge as well, these are well worth the money I would recommend them to anyone who needs a paring knife like I said, I have a set of Hinkle knives and the steak knives that are in that set are terrible. They rip your meat when you’re trying to cut with them these are a far superior knife.

Easy to use, sharp, easy to handle !

These knives are AMAZING and incredibly sharp. I highly recommend these if you use pairing knives often, the only "improvement" I can think of is length.
