Its been a month, and it's working well. It's also about how you maintain it. There is no much noise that's the plus part. Installation is easy you can install yourself just watch on YouTube and the seller will also send the installation guide video which is good. I had some rough time dealing with the amazon customer service and the seller since I got missing part. It work out well but I will never want to go through that ever again. Too much work.Overall! I am satisfied with the product and worth the value.

In description, it is mentioned that it has 3HP continuous and 4.5 HP peak motor but it only has 3 HP peak motor which is under power.

First of the delivery was pathetic. my house is in first floor and the just put in ground floor. They it's not their job to deliver to my address. This is the worst customer service i ever had. The poduct is damaged. I spoke to someone for 30 mins to arrange a replacement. And when checked the app there was no update next day. I was put on mute for 10 min in each call nd disconnected.

I recently purchased the Fitplus FSNM1509 Treadmill from Amazon and a free Fitplus health plan was also included with this treadmill.I had certain concerns with the Treadmill itself since some of the specifications mentioned on Amazon were incorrect and the critical factor for buying the Treadmill which stated a 480 mm track width was proven incorrect. Sadly the track width turned out to be 420 mm only.This had put a big damper on my purchase decision and I was contemplating returning the treadmill back but two discussions changed my perception. The first was my discussion with Ms. Tabassum (Dietitian) who was very patient, heard all my concerns and within a matter of hours provided me an excellent diet and fitness plan.The second was my video call with Mr. Anu (Fitness Trainer) who messaged and then conducted a video call with me. He again heard all my concerns and worked out and took me through a set of exercises that is suited to my present physical condition.Believe me, this support from Fitplus has outweighed everything else. Now having used the treadmill for a couple of days this is my feedback.Pros -1. Came nearly assembled. Just had to tighten 2 bolts and put two side covers that are cosmetic in nature and it was good to go.2. Silent machine (my earlier treadmill from another brand was quite noisy in comparison)3. Display is clear and legible; though the blue backlight may be a tad too bright for some.4. Buttons are well spaced out and have a decent tactile feel.5. The treadmill is built sturdy; no squeaks or noises when i walk on it. I weigh a 100 kilos.6. Bluetooth connectivity works well for playing music; though the sound from the tiny speakers is passable at best.7. The Fitplus app is decent and with the added Fitness Diet and Plan is what is the clincher.Cons-1. It is a heavy machine and so moving it takes a little effort.2. When connecting the treadmill via Bluetooth through the Fitplus app for data tracking; the buttons on the Treadmill cease to function. The treadmill can only be controlled via the app now and that is not a very comfortable option.3. There is a discrepancy in the calorie counter on the phone app and on the treadmill when paired via Bluetooth. The phone app shows an additional 10 calories burnt to the treadmill.4. The USB port on the Treadmill can only be used for charging your phone. It will not play music if you plug a USB drive into it5. I have used both Apple and Android phones to sync with the Treadmill via the Fitplus app. The Android syncs and captures information better than the Apple. A lot of data is not captured when you use the app on iOS.Overall, the treadmill looks decent and functions well for its intended purpose. But the icing on the cake is the Fitness support from Fitplus. That seals it for me.
