This is a serviceable battery, charge last is shorter than I'd like, but the computer sucks juice I know---installation is biggest concern: you have to get the case open, so get the tools to do so which come with this battery.

Battery seems OEM until you’re installing into a HP Omen 15. The battery brackets which have the holes for mounting it, seems to be off a little bit and does not sit flush with board.

Worked on my omen laptop. Did not have any issues in installing it and running it for the first time. The power backup is decent. I am satisfied with the purchase.

Unfortunaely, this battery arrived in an unusable state, and I was unable to successfully install it.The battery itself seemed fine, though I have no way if testing thst. The issue was the port where you plug in the cable inside your laptop to connect it. The port was warped and not in the condition it should have been. The pins were fine, straight an even, but the surrounding walls of the port and the indention that guides the plug from the laptop to seat properly were bent and not in the same place or shape as the battery I took out.I tried multiple times to get the battery to accept the plug, but after about 8 tries - including reassembling the laptop to check for connection, the battery connection was not made and the laptop did not recognize the battery was in place.It was pretty obvious it wasn't making the connection though. On the original, failing battery the plug slipped in with a firm resistance then a bit of a click. It was easy to establish that it had been connected.On the new battery, the guide was so misshapened that the pins probably never lined up, and there was never a click or the feeling that it was truly plugged in, which was in fact the case.After about an hour of trying different ways to make the connection, I began to fear for the cable and plug that were integrated into the laptop. I didn't want to damage those, so I gave up and installed the old battery - which went in easily and was recognized by the laptop instantly (thank goodness).I will be returning this battery and trying another manufacturer. My only n regret is that I'm sure they will simply repackage this and send it to another customer, which is probably what happened to me.

Come with a kit, 30 days of usage and battery seems to last 3-4 hours . Impressed

Really well packaged including the tools that you need to take and switch out your replacements would definitely recommend this product

I bought it to replace my previous swollen HP Omen battery. Battery installation is easy, but I'd recommend to not use the screws provided in the box. They are not of good quality and you may end up breaking any components while unscrewing. Once replaced, I charged it over night and did a few charging cycles before I started seeing a consistent 4-4.5h of on battery use with the laptop.

This battery lasted just long enough where I can't return it. After a month and maybe 2 charges, it's dead.I normally keep my laptop plugged in, and I was happy to see this battery charge after I installed it. I ran it down and charged it again, no issues. A few weeks later I used my laptop on the go, ran down the battery, and it will not charge. I have re-installed, triple-checked all connections... just nothing.Don't waste your money.
