Product came as described... sturdy construction and perfect size for my trash can to sit on up off the ground. Thought it was black but it's not, but rather a dark gray which is fine.

I was a little put off with other reviews that said this was hollow plastic and easy to punch holes in, but being strapped for time and unable to find a concrete pad locally, I bit the bullet.Was pleasantly surprised how sturdy this pad actually is and it handles my new 3 ton heat pump just fine. I haven't had it for too long so can't say anything for it's longevity though, but starting out it's just fine for the job.

I used these to put the garbage can and the recycle cans on. It rains here a lot or have to deal with the snow so keeps them from sinking. Light weight and are perfect size.

Perfect for garbage cans on side of the house so not sitting in mud etc. Cheaper than concrete pad and no weeds or grass will be coming up around the cans. Just clean and simple

Amazon tracking showed order stuck at shipping. I called vendor. Rep confirmed their order system did not fully push order through. I was about to head across country. Rep agreed to set shipping timer 10 days out. I got back from trip. Item arrived; labeled, no packaging; in perfect condition, was a match to existing pad. Had to hire A/C tech - he had to cut lines to lift condenser another 3 inches (was sitting in water after rain) and restore lines. With a courtesy credit my pad cost was less than A/C company charge for these items. Very pleased with item and customer service. Would buy from them again.

To be fair, the product I'm sure would work great if I could get one that the shippers did not damage. Looks like the are tossing it around and twice did not come in a box. All the damages started at the corners from what looks like bring thrown around resulting in the corners and sides cracking and breaking part. So this feedback really goes against warehouse and or shippers.The product, if not damaged looks like it would be a good product, good thickness, good texture and color. The dimensions are perfect for large Trane AC.Now if I could rate separate customer service, both Janelle and Brenna we're awesome to address my concerns. After sending pictures of damage the made sure they shipped replace with no hitch. Now I have asked for refund and believe they will square that away for me.
