Awesome product with amazing support staff
I ordered this to filter the city water coming into the house. It was very easy to install and as the instructions say you must use 12-15 wraps of Teflon tape. When the unit arrived I installed it and it started dripping from the input side even with 15 wraps. After inspection I noticed the mounting bracket was warped. I contacted Sean from support and he was amazing. He without hesitation got a replacement unit shipped out and it arrived after a few days.I installed it and here attached to this review is the final product drip free.I can't say enough to use 12-15 wraps of Teflon tape and to give Sean a raise as he was top notch.

Great Flavor/Easy Install
I bought this filter set approximately a year ago and waited till now to write a review. It was super easy to install. So far over a years. I have not had to replace the filters yet. It has not restricted my water flow. Noticeably but the water has had a huge Improvement visually and in flavor. I will say that I'm a single male it so my water usage is minimal. I only use approximately 50 gallons per day. I'm sure a family of four would probably have a lot more use of the filters, but I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonable alternative to those high-priced filters that you see in the commercials.

Great water at a great value
This unit provides great water and doesn't break the bank. I do like being able to see the sediment filter to be able to get a better idea of when it needs to be replaced. I'm on municpal water and even then, there's a ton of sediment this thing catches. It's actually quite surprising. Then with the carbon blocks, it gets all the nasties out making the water safe to drink (providing you don't have elevated iron or lead in your water). Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the performance of this unit. I have mine plumbed in before my soft water unit as it will increase the life of the resin by keeping sediment and chlorine out of the water softener. One thing I will say is that my first unit did have a minor leak on the output side. I called customer service and spoke with Nick and he explained that they're not exaggerating when it says to make 10-15 passes with your teflon tape on the input and output. He wasn't kidding. They promptly sent out a new head unit for free and I followed his advice and built up 15 layers of teflon tape on both sides, plus a thin layer of pipe dope (liquid teflon). Now it's 100% leak free. Thank you Nick! Given the level of customer service with this company, I'm leaving my review at 5 stars. If you need a whole house filter and you don't want to spend 3 times what this unit costs, don't hesitate. On the off-chance there is some kind of issue, they will take care of you without any drama.

Great product, but leaks.
Product filters out chlorine and other chemicals. This is especially needed in the St. Louis area as we have the highest concentration of antidepressants in our water in the country. You'd think the crime would be lower, but . . .Had one in our old house without any issues at all. Bought one for the new house and it leaked. CS sent a new head unit; wrong one. I bought a second one since I assumed I ruined the first by over tightening. I followed the instructions to the letter. Still leaks. I think the issue is with the plastic threads.I hope they can figure out what the issue is because it is a great product.Addendum: I looked up online how to seal plastic fittings. The provided instructions were incomplete. Never use teflon tape (their recommendation) or plumber's putty in plastic. The correct way is to hand tighten the fitting, then turn NO MORE than 1/2 turn. The female threads in plastic fittings are tapered. Over tightening can distort or crack the fitting. When I recover from this expense, I'm replacing this unit with one with brass fittings. That will solve the problem.

Great customer service- very nice product works well
We have city water and it’s not terrible- but I don’t like the chlorine taste and was sick of constantly replacing my under sink water filter element, so I dove in and got this whole house filter. I was impressed with the size and quality of the unit and I really like the dual-pass carbon filter elements, great for removing odor/taste and trace minerals.I installed the unit with a bypass line, as suggested by the instructions, but I noticed one of the filter housing o-rings was pinched during manufacturing and had a bad kink in it. I emailed ispring tech service and explained the issue. They replaced the o-rings without issue and sent me three new ones the next week. The bypass line came in real handy in this scenario, as I was able to keep the filter assembly installed in line and just run the house water through the bypass line while I waited for the replacement o-rings.Water pressure drop across the filters is less than .25 psi (I installed pressure gauges before and after the filter). Water flow through the house is great and I’m really happy knowing every single faucet has clean, filtered water now. Definitely a great buy!

Your install will go SUPER EASY with PEX pipes!
USE CAUTION with the Manifold 3/4" inputs and output ports! My original fixed PVC was simply TOO rigid and 'dangerous because it was much too easy to cross-thread the fittings.I installed short lengths of flexable "PEX pipes" and now the forgiving "PEX play" really helps with fitting alignment! NO need to service those 3/4" junctions because they remain fixed so there IS no need to disturb the junctions. In the far future you may need to cure a junction leak? PEX will make that job so much easier!3 filter canaster sleeves provide access the actual filters. Do yourself a big favor and spend the extra $10 for a "transparent sleeve" for your first filter stage. A quick glance provides insight as to how your other two stages are doing. Finally, some 'wash their filters down for extra life', but replacement filters are so reasonable why not do the job right? Also 'washing' MAY dislodge contaminations your filters already CAUGHT, but now your wash-down MAY set them free ~ so you really did yourself no favors at all.My KERIG, meals, showers and MORE are delighted with my ISpring!

Did not get what I ordered
Filters themselves are fine, but got one sediment and 2 carbon. Not all 3 to complete the system.

A good quality filter system
I have installed my own water filters in a few houses now and this is one of the best units I have used. Easy to instal, good quality filters and solid mounting frame. I had one small problem with shipping and the vendor quickly replaced the damaged part.
