Update on 7/1/24:It's been less than a week since I first started incorporating this green juice into my morning routine, and I must say, the effects of it have been quite remarkable. I really have been very pleasantly surprised. I have way more energy, my skin is clearer and glowing (and I have a pretty good skincare regimen, but this juice took it to the next level, especially since the pre/probiotics in this are helping to clean out the gut which reflects directly onto the skin, healthy gut = healthy, clear skin). Also, I started taking this the week before the first day of my next cycle (the flow) and my normal fatigue during the week going up to it has gone way down. I feel so much more clear-minded and all around in a better mood. My cramps are even at a minimum. I usually need to take a Tylenol, but the cramps were so mild, it was manageable. I keep waking up and exclaiming, "The green juice!!" to my family in wonder because I haven't changed anything else really to prompt this kind of energy boost. I'm starting to think I *really* hadn't been eating my greens properly before this. I'm very glad to have added this as a part of my daily intake! Overall, very happy with this drink.Original review on 6/26/24:I just ordered this yesterday through Prime and it arrived this morning. I'm having my first drink/scoop of it now. I put ice in a cup, then the greens powder, and then filtered water, stirred with a glass straw and am having it as I write this review. All this to say, I don't know if these other people are plants or what. I just know I'm a real person, and I just simply don't understand the reviews saying this doesn't taste good. I did my research on this and was prepared for a not-so-great tasting drink just for the sake of health based on the reviews of it alone, and to my very pleasant surprise, this is the best-tasting green juice I've ever had. Even better than the freshly pressed juice you get at NY cafes. It actually has a slight sweet flavor to it (I got the Original) that reminds me of rice cakes (Asian desserts). It tastes better than some matcha I've had. I seriously don't know if people are so inundated with sugar in everything these days, but for me, this is a very tasty drink and I'm happy to add it to my morning routine. I will come back later to update on actual efficacy of the product itself, but I just wanted to write this review, because it is way better than what some of the other reviews have said about taste.

Overall my diet is not the best in terms of healthy foods. I don't go out of my way for fruits and I'm not big on vegetables. Nonetheless I still know that eating healthy is important and just because I don't like those doesn't mean I shouldn't aim for healthy living. In order to supplement my lack of eating vegetables and fruits with consistency, I supplement via daily multi vitamins and this product. I found that the benefits of this product for not only vitamins and greens, is that it also keeps my gut feeling regular. This works well for me and I feel good when I take it. I don't think it is nasty tasting or unpalatable. I take this with a cup of water and one scoop daily. I does not make me have to run to the bathroom or anything like that so I sometimes take it before work or before I go to bed. This makes me feel good health-wise (perhaps a placebo effect) but it's not like coffee or anything like that in terms of giving you a bust of energy. I can take this before I go to bed and fall asleep no problem. I don't believe it helps with weight loss but that's not what it is advertised for, I haven't lost any weight from this. Over the years I also found it useful for other situations. Particularly, this absolutely helps for hangovers, if you are shaky the next day, taking this helps instantly from what I've found. This canister lasts me pretty much a whole month, I do store it in my refrigerator to keep it fresh. I do not have any plans to stop taking this, I have an auto subscription and I always ensure I'm adequately stocked. I recommend this for those that do not have a consistent diet of greens as a supplement and for those that want to keep their gut healthy from the probiotics.

First purchase was on Saturday, December 18, 2014 - I got the Original Flavor - just to try it out before going berserk on all the flavors available... I have never seen this product, even in health food stores, so I figured I'd try it. I feel clean inside, if that makes sense to anyone. The first couple of days I was in and out of the bathroom, then I finally got to that place where I was ok. Cleaned me out I guess! I do feel better - I have kidney stones and I was told to not consume too many dark greens like broccoli and spinach because it adds to my issue.... this product (I don't know if it's by coincidence or not) seems to have irritated my stones and I've now passed 4 of my stones (tiny though) however it was NOT as painful as previous stones. I don't know what the difference was, but if you suffer from kidney calcium stones, maybe give this a shot? I do feel a lot better, I haven't been eating green veggies for a while due to fear instilled by DOCTORS... I've gained weight, don't feel good ever... now I'm starting to again. Shipping was great, jar is a lot smaller than expected, but it makes good for storage. Doesn't smell great or taste great, I mix this with Emergen-C orange flavor and I cannot taste the grassy/green flavor anymore. Great purchase in my opinion, hopefully someone else can give this a shot too with great results! I've lost 1 lb in the first week of taking this, no added exercise & my eating habits didn't change - I've only added this to my morning drink.Update:Second purchase was Saturday, January 2, 2015 - I got the Watermelon Flavor - MUCH NICER! Smells sweet, tastes better on it's own now, still has that green taste, but it's much more palatable. Someone's review said they felt like they were detoxing, I think that's the correct term to use. My first week was awful to be honest. After that, I felt good. I wanted to try other flavors, so between my purchases, not much time went by. My skin is starting to look different, I did get pimples in the beginning, still have a couple here and there, then again I've never really had many, even as a teenager. I do think it's still detoxing me. It is still helping with my kidney issues and IBS. I am going to wait until I finish off these jars until I get more, I do want to try other flavors, they sound so amazing. The texture as you drink it is a bit like Metamucil, where it's a bit grainy/gritty. There IS texture, it doesn't dissolve all the way, but it does mix with just about any liquid.... which is how I prefer it. I don't do smoothies, I just mix with water or juice & add Orange Emergen-C - takes away the green grass flavor. With Watermelon, I only used water, it was sweet enough and didn't taste as grassy as Original did.... hooh boy, talk about the opening act! Might as well have eaten the grass itself :) However, I do feel better, starting to lose weight, shedding a lot of water weight probably, still going to the restroom a lot....Recommending the Watermelon Flavor the FIRST time you try it - only get the original if you like the taste of grass! :)
