This is a very nice exercise ball. Easy to inflate to your desire level.

No information provided on how to opt in to receive information on how to use the ball for piriformis or sciatic pain relief. Hard to review a product that I don't know how to use.

It's not like other balls. The grippy really does make the difference.

I love the corgeous ball when it works well but after less than two years of not using it very often when I do use it with any weight on it, it deflates. I can’t see any obvious holes anywhere and the plug is in all the way, so I don’t know why this is happening, but it has happened with two different balls. This is how it is supposed to be used so I am hesitant to order again but brik i Can figure out why this is happening.

I bought this for the intention of giving myself an abdominal massage. Now, it’s great for that - especially when my abdomen feels tight. But it’s also amazing for the hips and some lower back/tailbone pain. I’ve started to lay with the ball at my tailbone, about 30% inflated and then move through hip rotations. It’s a fantastictool to facilitate that release and weightless feeling on multiple areas of my body that typically feel heavy and achey.

I have to use this every morning. Lovely stretch with just enough give yet also support to allow my aged lower back to realign after a hard night sleep. Great to be able to roll around on it to find just the right spot but a small problem is that it is so sticky ( as it needs to be for some stretches ) that wearing a t-shirt is problematic. But I love it.
