Alarm Clock, Alarm Clocks for Bedrooms with AM/FM Radio,Dimmer,Snooze,Battery Backup

The product was used to display the time and set alarm.

I wanted a small clock radio for my bedside table. But the blue light was too bright and eerie. So I put it in the bathroom closet where there's an outlet, so I can listen to the radio when I get dressed. The sound quality is good. I also had trouble hitting "alarm" instead of "on" so it woke us up in the middle of the night. I've since put a sticker over the alarm button so I don't touch it. My husband wants me to try the white light but I've gone back to my old one which is not as nice but at least the numbers are bright enough to see without being annoying.

The clock radio I had for around 17 years finally gave up the ghost & started to have an electrical hum so figured it was time for a new one. Wanted something basic & this fills that need. AM/FM, since it only has the one speaker the sound quality isn't like a regular stereo system, but since I leave it on the local AM news station for the alarm that's no big deal. Small size of unit was a bonus, old one took up a lot of space on the night table. Only thing is that I wish the snooze button while larger also was higher than the rest of the controls, that would make it easier to find while still laying down.

So, I have to move this to some other place in the house (its not worth the bother to ship back) as I can't use it in the bedroom. Even it's "Dim" setting is Bright. Its nearly bright enough to read by. I currently have 2 layers of 36lb heavy weight paper layered over it just to dim the brightness and can Still see the numbers when its set on the dim setting. If anyone in the room is sensitive to any light in the room, don't get this one. Get something with a better rating for dimness or go red LED.

Easy to set. Blue easy to look at. Big numbers good. BUT numbers slightly blur, some more than others. We tried brighter and dimmer. We think it is the digital design and dots between hour and minutes.All in all , numbers can be read because they are big. Blur is somewhat distracting from clear, crisp numbers, but we like the ease of setting and bigger numbers.

One downside is that the radio antenna is a long loose wire. Unlike other small clock-radios I have used, this one is more straightforward for setting the alarm or clock although I did need to read the manual first. The radio works well. There is no date display unfortunately.

I bought this for my 6 year old. Overall I like it but it in dissapointed that it doesn’t dim as much as I hoped. I have to turn it away from the bed so it’s not shining in his face. It’s easy to program and he already learned how it works so that’s great. The only other thing I would prefer is that the radio signal came in better. It has a wire that acts as an antenna but it’s still pretty staticky.

The clock radio does what it's advertised to do. I wish the display was a little larger and I wish the entire thing was bigger. Unfortunately the battery back up only maintains the settings during an outage, it doesn't keep the display active. Overall I give it a good rating since no one seems to make a decent size, do-it-all clock radio any longer. I do like that it has am/fm as most only have fm these days.

I like the alarm clock, but it doesn't matter what I do I cannot set the alarm for any time in AM.I follow the instructions but it won't set.

The price is a little high, FM does not work the best anyway you put the antennae.Would not recommend to anyone.
