Love this movie! I watch it all the time for the nostalgia of it🥰

These are my favorite movies. They keep coming and going from prime. I finally took advantage and caught them while they were for sell. Bought them ALL at a discount.

My 8 year old nephew and niece love the Monster High movies they make it a point to watch it every weekend when they come over each time enjoying the movie so much as if it was their first time seeing it

This movie is very good but I will say it is probably targeted for more 10-12 as there are some things that younger viewers may not understand or don't know the meaning of. Over all, it is a great movie and it is quite interesting to watch and get into the movie with your kids.

I wasn't expecting much, even after watching several of the entertaining, but short Webisodes of Monster High. The movie blows it all away. The animation is 3D and it and the story are cinema-quality. The story is a lot more fleshed out from the early Webisodes I saw. It has a lot more depth and can be enjoyed on many levels. In the film, the monsters get setup by an anonymous person who defiles the normie high school. While they try to figure out who the real culprit is, the normies blame them for vandalizing their high school, become prejudiced against monsters, and Holt Hyde gets arrested. They have to try to find a way to ameliorate the misunderstanding, especially before Holt gets tortured.Meanwhile, Draculaura is throwing dates at Claw Deene, who doesn't want the attention. Holt Hyde finds out what it's like to pass as normal while being his alter ego Jackson in the normie high school. Cleo de Nile struggles with her family's rejection of her boyfriend Deuce, because he's a nonroyal "slacker."Lots of smart dialogue, references to their monster backgrounds (probably over the heads of some kids), and at one point Ghoulia (spelling?) uses her quiet brains to set up a GPS triangulation to find Holt. Very layered, professional, and entertaining. There's also three extra short videos that are well-done.

I bought this CD set for my daughter and she loved it. I sat and watched the whole thing with her and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cartoon and the values they are trying to teach. Trying to address things like bullying and/or not fitting in, or not being good at certain things (sports for me, lol) can be a tough challenge. But the creators of Monster High have done a really great job at it. If you or your kids are in to werewolves or vampires, this show has them all. I found it to be well written for children and it teaches some valuable lessons too. I would recommend this show to anyone! The seller was great too as the CD's arrived early and in excellent condition.

Da ich ein großer Fan von Monster High bin, war es fast schon eine Selbstverständlichkeit die DVD zu holen. Ich finde den Film viel besser als erwartet.Als sie ankam fand ich es sehr schön das sie in einer sehr Hochwertigen Papp-Box um die DVD-Box herum kommt, welche auch noch Glitzer Details hat. Sie kommt ebenfalls mit einem Zettel mit den aktuellen Monster High Produkten und den Film kann man in 5 versch. Sprachen ansehen, zudem sind 3 weitere mehr oder weniger neue deutsche Webisoden auf der DVD enthalten.Zum Film selber kann ich nur sagen: Fantastisch! Ich hatte anfangs bedenken das der Film genauso wie die ganzen (neueren) Barbie Filme sein wird, also das wirklich den ganzen Film lang nur für die neuen Puppen geworben wird und wie toll diese doch sind. Das ist eigentlich üblich bei DVD Filmen. Doch überraschender Weise, hab ich sowas auf keinster Art gesehen. Nur in den letzten 5 Minuten wurden die neuen "Kostümparty" Puppen gezeigt, und es wurden auch keine doofen anspielungen gemacht wie z.B. "OMG, du hast aber ein tolles Kleid, leg mal ne Modenschau auf". Ich find die Storyline auch echt toll, denn es ist wie eine Fortsetzung des Monster High TV-Specials "Fright On" wo ja auch ein Streit zwischen Monstern und Menschen war. Dennoch muss ich zugeben, das man das an manchen stellen besser hätte machen können. Aber ich hab jetzt keine Stelle gesehen wo ich mir gedacht hab "Ja, schön für dich... jetzt bitte wieder was interessantes" und ich bin ja eher jemand, der sich nicht so viele Kinderserien anschaut. Für jüngere Kinder definitiv sehr spannend und selbst für ältere Monster High fand wie ich selbst, ein toller Film. Würde ihn sogar ein zweiten Mal anschaun.Also alles in einem ein echt toller Film, nur muss ich sagen das die zwei Monster High Karakter Draculaura und Clawdeen wirklich sehr in den Hintergrund gestellt wurden, das ist wie wenn da die Story von "Mensch vs. Monster" sich abspielt, und die irgendwie in ihrer ganz eigenen Welt leben und ganz eigene Probleme hätten. Und ich muss auch sagen viel besser als die ganzen Barbie Filme, ist viel spannender, witziger und Unterhalsamer als Barbie wäre auch ein recht Netter Film für Eltern die das mit ihren Kindern schaun. Desswegen bekommt der Film "Mega Monsterparty" die volle Punktzahl von mir. Würde mir einen weiteren Monster High DVD-Film wünschen, aber nächstes Mal bitte keine "Mensch vs. Monster" Storyline.
